Shoppers Drug Mart

The Pharmacists here are great. I live in supportive housing. I tried to get my methadone prescription here. Unfortunately, I am being forced to get my prescription from the Cridge Family Pharmacy by Dr. Fiona Scanlan and Dr Gillian Wiwrachuk. I am told that they take twenty dollars per methadone prescription kickback from Jason Cridge.

Riri was the best assistant ever in the cosmetics department. She helped me with all the concerns that I had and walked me through the store. Gave me all the information that I didn't know about the store, like the points card. She was, on top of everything, very welcoming. An excellent worker, I will definitely come back.

Sam the pharmacist and his assistants were ever so helpful. The pharmacist took the time to listen to my needs and made the proper recommendations with confidence.
I am currently visiting from out of province, and did not know what to do. I am so glad I was able to stop by to get personalized service.

I came here for my flu and covid vaccine today and was so happy with my experience! The nurse, Ryan, was so professional and friendly and made the whole getting stabbed bit an absolute pleasure. The other fellow who's name I didn't catch was also a delight. There was laughter, there was tears, overall a 5/5 time. Thank you Shoppers Drug Mart!

The cosmetics department at the Douglas location is really incredible, and made even better by a particular staff member. I went in search of some specific things and also needed some recommendations; Angela was extremely patient and helpful, and really took the time to listen and help me find just the right products. Awesome suggestions, and so friendly; she is an asset to this store and I highly recommend seeking her out if you need any help in that department. I normally shop at a larger, well known store for makeup products but this one and Angela will now be my go to’s! Best customer service by far.

Came in with my daughter tonight to get her some makeup and Natasha, was super helpful and knowledgeable. We both appreciated the care and time she spent with my daughter to make sure she got the right products. We will definitely be back to shop for more beauty and cosmetics in the future.

Wow what a great shopping experience! I needed a lot of makeup and skincare products and Midori was very helpful informing me of a 20x points promotion and information on different brands. The makeup section is so nice and well displayed. I was planning on going to Sephora but found great quality products and I actually earned $50 because of my purchase to use for some other things. I definitely will make this Shoppers my go to for beauty needs.

5 stars for the professionals in skincare. This is my third stop to this counter, and each time I am given such helpful and knowledgeable recommendations for my skin concerns. Always walk away with a new product or two, and have yet to be disappointed with any of them. Love the product lines they carry, and the individual service and advice tailored to your skin.

Quick and efficient, but very busy at busy times. They are open early and late so it’s easy to go at quiet times. The pharmacists are friendly and non judgmental.

BEST DRUG STORE EVER!!!! I've lived in several parts of Victoria, Saanich, and Sidney, but i've always used Shoppers for my Epilepsy Meds. They know what need, and they call a few weeks before it runs out, reminding me to get another prescription. Very Friendly People!

It is a Shoppers Drug Mart, they're pretty well all the same! This one is a nice two storey building. Staff seemed friendly enough, good selection for pharmacy items and make-up. Ok selection for food and snacks. Canada Post inside too.

Giving 5 stars for the LifeLabs facility in upper floor of Shoppers Drug Mart. I found the technicians, despite being overwhelmed with anxious travelers, to be kind, patient and respectful.

The technician performing my pre-departure PCR test was thorough in ensuring everything was in line with government policies in my destination country prior to performing said test.

I certainly hope the need for PCR tests will be non-existent in the near future, but if I am in the Victoria region, I'll know where to go :)

The tall girl with short blonde hair (her name starts with a B) in the makeup area was absolutely amazing! I was looking for a Nyx foundation in a particular shade and came in a couple times looking for it, but the shipment hadnt arrived. Even so, she went and looked for it for me and gave me the best information she could about when it would arrive and I was able to go in and get it today. She was completely professional and very kind. Thank you! 💕

Always helpful. Always courteous. The staff takes the time to say hello and get to know you. Pharmacy gives dog treats to dogs. Christine at the post office is a gem. Wonderful store

I've only been there once since they moved but I had a great experience. Bahar and Sam in the pharmacy were great. Very professional and helpful.
