Safeway Willowbrook

I don't want to be discouraging to other groceries stores. Safeway healthfood section is an entire Health Store .

They have steped up their game with personable staff also. Im satisfied the manager is running a tight ship. I took a glance at him but it was almost like looking directly at the Sun 🌞.

I dropped by this Safeway to buy some flowers for my wife’s birthday. I was looking for someone who could help. One of the employees there came to me and smiled very nicely. Her name was Taryn and she was super kind and professional. She answered all my questions and sincerely helped me to make a decision. I loved her customer service and attitude. I will remember the great service from her at this location. Thank you, Taryn! ☺🍀

Wow what an upgrade! This safe way appears to be a flagship for what all grocery stores should look like. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The presentation of the produce is excellent and so were there envy apples.

Love this Safeway, it's huge and fun to browse through - they have a great selection of items. The produce and deli sections are my favourites! Store is well laid out and easy to navigate. There are no Safeways left in my area so it's always a treat to shop here. Also - their prices have become pretty competitive in the last year or so, I have been pleasantly surprised. Shop the flyer sales for the best prices.

This safeway has a great layout. Great employees. Beautiful displays. I'm partial to the sandwich bar and the women whom work in that department. Fast checkout. Clean store. The Starbucks is also fast at this location and efficient.

Custom cake was delicious! I bought one for my kids birthday. Will definitely be my go to for cakes from now on! The whipped icing is super light and not too sweet!

Great store and the staff are always friendly and willing to help. I also use the voila service and pick up my groceries at this location. The shoppers are fantastic and the items I receive, whether it be fruits&veggies or dairy products are perfectly selected. I’ve tried Superstore and Save On pickup services and the consistent quality of customer service and products doesn’t come close to this Safeway.

Good quality products, nice display, professional and friendly staff always open to assist with a smile. New employees well trained adopting positive approach. Thank you and bravo!

WoW, it’s a fantastic shop. Staff is amazingly polite and helpful. The highlights of this shop are; juice bar, deli, hot gourmet meals, and sandwich bar. The produce here is always top notch and always taste amazing.

Thank you to the pharmacist and staff who came through with an emergency supply of meds for me after a screw up with Pocket Pills and graciously assisted in transferring all my Rx back to their store!

Very clean looking when you walk in and the staff are very polite. 😀

A lovely young woman named Czarina in deli was able to answer questions I had about meats and cheeses and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through my shopping list!

This is a beautiful store. Has the speciality items and feel. Prices can be higher, but so is the quality

I shop regularly at the Willowbrook Safeway often late at night after work and I have always been impressed with the employees. My good friend, Donna used to work there until she recently passed, sadly. I would like to commend the young man named Tanjot who helped me out tonight. He was stocking items in the organic and health section but immediately stopped what he was doing and took me clear across the store to the other side to help me find what I was looking for. He was very pleasant and it was a pleasure to be served by him. Also, I noticed on my way out of the store that he was helping an older gentleman in a wheelchair to retrieve something that he couldn’t find and instead of having to go all the way through the store he brought it right to him. Kudos to Tanjot and the other employees of Willowbrook Safeway. Albert, whom I met at Donna’s memorial last week, and the other managers must be doing a great job of training and encouraging.

I like the healthy wellness section and fresh squeezed veggie juices here very much 👌

Always very kind grocery and cashier staff. The deli are not very kind. Maybe was an off day I am a regular here. Great selection. Customer service is what makes a grocery store stand out and good prices. Prices are not as cheap as they could be but I enjoy the selection and quality of the products. Shelves are always full.

I sure miss living by a Safeway back in Manitoba. Excellent store. The danishes are fantastic. Usually the fruit is perfect
