Dr. Mahmood is by far the most caring and compassionate Dr. I have had the luck of receiving care from, since my last Dr retired in 2010.
He listens and promptly gets to the route of the issue, and in my case may just have saved my life with his concern, determination and speedy work.
I am also grateful for his kindness and care of my maintenance regarding my disability and doesn't make me feel like a number or that it's all in my head.
His staff are very kind and professional as well.
I am thankful to have them as my care providers.

I see Dr. Bushra as my GP and I feel very grateful for her. She’s always been so kind to me and investigative when I have had health concerns. She’s been so quick to respond and offer to help me find specialists to take care of things. She’s made me feel like I can ask her anything and she takes care of me.

When I came to her with some general health concerns she ran an entire panel that was very in depth. Anyone I talked to was impressed in the level of care she’s taken with me. I feel very lucky.

Also major compliments to the ladies in the office in particular Aman has been very helpful. Thanks ladies!!!!

This morning as I called my doctor’s office I prepared myself for a long wait on hold. From past experience it’s a pretty safe assumption, and very typical of a busy doctor’s office. I was pleasantly surprised. My call was answered right away, and I was not put on hold. Most importantly the reception on the other end was very professional and polite. I can also say I believe the person was new as I don’t recognize the voice.

Went here today to get a form filled. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, letting me know the approximate waiting time before even signing me in. I ended up being pulled in even earlier than the approximate waiting time. The lady who brought me in and did some initial measurements and the actual doctor were both friendly and courteous. In addition, the doctor came in very soon after I was brought into the doctor's room (Unlike some walk-in clinics where you're sitting there for another 20 minutes). I would happily return for further consultations.

My family have been going to this clinic for 4 years now. They run a clean clinic, the staff is friendly face to face or over the phone even if there's some language barrier at times and the doctors don't rush. I have referred my co-workers years ago and they themselves are still going there. *Two thumbs*

Very clean new interior, air conditioned too. Staff was friendly and helpful even tho I forgot my care card the kind desk worker helped me anyways. The pharmacy worker seemed a bit new and flustered and the man was creepy and made me feel uncomfortable. . . . The doctor I saw was a lovely lady who listened very well and helped me understand what was happening to me instead of telling me 'you're fine go home'. Will be going here from now on!!

My husband has been a patient of Dr Mahmood Arshad for a number of years and highly recommends him to anyone looking for a new doctor. Dr Arshad cares about and listens to his patients, my husband never feels as though he is being rushed through the appointment. Myself, I have seen Dr Bushra on several occasions and also feel the same about her. Sometimes yes you feel you are getting scolded but this is because she is one of those rare doctors who truly cares about her patients; most only concern themselves with writing a prescription and sending you on your way. The office is clean, appointments are available quickly and the staff are always very helpful.

Fast to book a phone appointment. They have the option to book online or even call their reception to book a phone appointment with the doctor. Doctor was precise and thorough with their tests. If you miss the phone appointment by a few mins you can call their clinic right back.

Dr Bushra was fantastic. I received great help from The doctor regarding myself and my 5 month old who had bronchitis.
She was very gentle with him. The two ladies at the front desk were also professional and prompt. Would return for sure.

Went in this morning for cold. Very impressed overall from receptionist to the Doctor to the pharmacist. In and out in 35 mins all together. I don't think that ever happened to me before. Usually other clinics can take 2+ hours on average. Everything was professional as it should be .

The doctors are very skilled and professional, and help patients with utmost care and kindness. The staff are also very hardworking and considerate. They always greet patients with bright smiles, and with tenderness. The pharmacists in the clinic are very helpful, and they offer quick and friendly service.

Came here to get help after my original doctor at another location moved. Due to the nature of my condition I know I am not the easiest patient but Dr.Mahmood and the staff did an amazing job helping me and put up with my constant phone calls.

My paperwork took a little longer than expected however it was completed with quality and Dr.Mahmood and the staff went above and beyond to help and provided extra documents and information.

Very handy location since there is a pharmacy inside the building and a shoppers drug mart across the street. Walk in times are not bad. You can call to make an appointment if you have been before or check medimaps. Drs are very friendly and efficient. Dr.Mahmood took me as a patient after 4 or so visits as a walk in. He has been very helpful since moving to Langley. The main pharmacist is one of the nicest most patient men I have ever met. Several times I have witnessed him going above and beyond for his clients (giving a crying child a sticker, patiently explaining the same thing several times to an elderly man, helping a mother carry her bags to her car so she could attend to her sick son)

My usual doctors office was closed due to flooding so I walked over to healthway medical clinic. I did not have to wait at all, the woman who greeted me at the front desk was friendly and kind. I was there with my 13 month old daughter and saw Dr.Bushra who was absolutely lovely. Dr.Bushra did not rush us through asked lots of questions, answered my questions and made this trip to the doctor with a toddler quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

Amazing Doctors Office. When my family Dr retired after being my Dr for 30 years, I was so worried I wouldn't find another Dr who could fill my past Dr's Shoes. Dr Bushra is incredible. I am so blessed to have her as our current family Dr. I am very please with the care she gives us.

It is my fourth time at this clinic. I'm absolutely amazed how nice and profesional service they offer ! Super friendly staff and doctors are 100% as they should be. Waiting time was super quick. Great job. Keep providing that service !!! Total opposite of Avecina ( worst experience in my life )

I moved to Langley from Burnaby. I don't have family doctor and my friend recommend this walk-in-clinic and Dr. Bushra. So I went there to see her. I had couple issues with my pregnancy and she listens and explains well. Also, she takes care the patient. She is incredible and I feel so comfortable with her. Thank you!!!

After spending most of my time going to different walk in clinics because I could not find a family doctor fit for me, I found this medical clinic. I have made Dr.Harmeet Dhaliwal my family physician going forward. Unlike many other doctors, Dr.Dhaliwal is very educated and professional. He is very caring as well about his patients so you’ll feel comfortable knowing you’re in very good hands. I will be recommending all my friends and family to go see him!

Front staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Very clean and bright. Wait times are short or non existant. Dr.Bushra is lovely, i came to get some stiches removed and have been back for regular visits since.
