Just short of ten years I have been fortunate to be aided and advised on every health issue I have succeeded through by intelligent, informed, friendly, empathetic and compassionate team members at Beyond Health Pharmacy in Surrey

I continue to share the wonderful experiences I have with all my family and friends in life because of the caring owners and staff in the Beyond Health and Pharmacy.

The calm and relaxed atmosphere with plenty of confident and very capable staff makes one feel very infused with hope that recovery is just behind the counter. My personal journey is nothing shy of this experience every time I continue to walk through the door or call.

I called this morning and Parm (front desk) was trying to help me and luckily they had a cancellation! From my call till I left with my medication including my drive to them was all 45mins! The place is very nice and welcoming and all staff were amazing honestly!

The office staff is equally impressive, always friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Scheduling appointments, requesting prescription refills, and accessing medical records have been seamless experiences.

Amazing walk in clinic! They always try and accommodate us the same day or next day. Dr Ahmed is a wonderful doctor. He is friendly, patient and takes time to listen to our concerns. Haven't been to a walk in for years since they book up so fast. Called here and was promptly booked for within a couple of hours of my call. Came in, no wait, doctor was great, super close to home for me. Overall 10/10 great experience and value of my time.

Dr. Ahmed is our family doctor and he is amazing. Very kind, patient, calm and he actually listens to you and explains everything to you so you can learn about your family’s health! Great person and doctor. We are very fortunate to have found him!

Best walk in experience I have ever had! I called the office today, Thursday Nov 17 at 10:30am and got a walk in appointment for 1:40pm. Arrived at 1:30pm and was out of the office by 1:38pm, before my assigned appointment time!

The receptionist was super sweet and accommodated my needs to get my son seen before picking up my other kids from school. Will definitely be my walk in office from now on.

I was actually thinking about calling the office and asking if they are accepting patients for family doctors! Super clean and friendly office :)

Great experience. Dr. Ahmed is a great doctor and listens respectfully and patiently answers your queries. He is thorough in his check up and makes sure to guide the patient in a right direction. I have seen Dr. Ahmed for both myself and my family and felt highly comfortable and relaxed while discussing our queries with him.

I am one of these people who appreciate this community clinic in the Clayton area and super close to Langley. I had a wound taken care of it then another procedure that other clinics in Surrey were hard to see in person and I am networked and worked with doctors in Surrey before Covid. I suggest to try this clinic as a walk-in and have zero expectations to be pleasantly surprised. Make an appointment they have lots of spots available. You are advised to wear a mask but I decided not to today and it was accepted. For all these people who gave it a poor review. I am so glad that I was able to find space for a doctor to see me. I tried to go elsewhere and didn't have success. Another clinic said come in and put your name but the wait is between 2-3 hours. At Beyond Health & Medical Clinic, I came to my scheduled appointment and didn't wait. The doctor was very attentive and I had to visit the clinic due to my deep wound few times and they were all helpful. All 5 times of attending this clinic in the month of August, I was treated the same, respectively with kindness. In my world, this is a great clinic and I did recommend it to my family. You can start a file and continue to see the walk-in doctor regularly, you don't need a stable family doctor. Just keep coming to the clinic, I trust the management of the clinic will get the best doctors working with them. Be patient and be well.

I had a phone consult with Dr Ahmed today and it was great! He was on time and very pleasant to talk to. It wasn't stressful and he was easy going. I wanted to leave a review because I find a lot of Dr's can bring their "stuff" with them into appointments and it gets projected onto the patient. For someone with high anxiety this bedside manner is much appreciated.

My doctor retired. I have a great doctor now. I like the place and the staff are very kind and helpful.

It’s nearly impossible to see a doctor these days, but this walk in clinic came through! Friendly and competent staff both in the clinic and pharmacy. The wait was only about 30 mins but I didn’t have to stay in the waiting room until my specified time, and when the time came they let me in right away. Doctor was quick and professional.

I've been here a hand full a times, I've called when they opened and they have gotten my sick son in same day.

The receptionist are very kind, it's a busy office, paients need to understand this. as an MOA I can understand this. You ladies are amazing keep up the good work 👏

Nice walk-in clinic. Great service and the doctors are very helpful.

I do recommend this clinic right now as a walk-in clinic. You can come as many times to see the walk-in doctor who is very kind and helpful. I got appointments fast through the month of August.Any forms that the doctors fill out of medical notes cost a certain fee. It’s not the clinic that has these rules, the rates can be googled on Fraser Health and doctors need to comply by the rates.
