My wife and I went to H&R Block in Smith's Falls last week to get hour income tax returns done. With no appointment, they took us right away. The young woman that worked with us was so polite and so professional. She made us feel welcome, and we felt that she actually cared about our taxes and our business. It was a great experience, and we will continue to take our taxes to H&R Block in the future. Thank you so much, H&R Block.

I have for years wanted to learn how to do my own taxes but I’ll keep returning to the H&R Block in Smith Falls as they are efficient, professional and good people all around. My tax professional has changed each year, which is fine; as they have my records easily available once I reauthorize every tax season. The instant return options and debt payment options worked really well for me. Thanks you again for my tax return this year.

I don't understand Income tax at all. My Dad always went to H&R block and I am following in his footsteps. He never had any problems.
Excellent communication and the staff are so friendly. Janet is the lady who does ours and she is fantastic! I know they are all great in there.

I have had H&R Block do my taxes, through the remote filing option on their website for the last few years. I started using H&R Block during the covid lockdown and having the option to upload all your documents and do everything right from home (and on my phone) is extremely convenient and easy. I have always had an assigned representative that is from my local office and service has been quick, professional and very affordable. I have no reservations and would highly recommend H&R Block.

Donna and her team are fantastic. I have had taxes done by professionals previously and I never felt so much as a customer as I did at H&R Smiths Falls. They also helped a family member in a very desperate time and made her feel very comfortable and relaxed with their expertise. Have been dealing with H&R Block Smiths Falls for the past 22 plus years and highly recommend if you are looking for great service and expert tax advice. Some people complain of the cost but I always say you pay for what you get and what you get is well worth it.

My name is Doug Emmons. Barbara Shaw is my partner. I showed up a very stressed 70 year old that was looking after my 93 year old parents personal & business affairs. My mother had died & my father at 93 years of age was operating a business. Not operating it well but operating it. Sorting the mess out, getting their personal affairs in order & getting the business sold would be messy & very very complicated.

The extremely long list of problems needing answers & solutions were answered & solved. My stress level was immediately lowered by Donna Bennett & she provided me with a proper & legal to do list. She is kinda like my angel.

When I seen what Donna Bennett & her team did for my parents, I immediately switched my personal affairs to their tax office.

It is a 2 hour drive one way to seek their advice in their Smith Falls office & well worth the drive as my worries go away after each visit.

Now, I will not go anywhere else for tax advice.
