TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Debbie went through everything, from changing my pin to opening an account, comprehensively and at Mach 5. My lunch break was limited and she left me with time to spare. ‘‘Twas a sight to behold. Thanks, Debbie!!

Went to Debbie for an application she explained everything through and through to me, and when my application was denied she still went above and beyond to set something up for me. Always have a wonderful experience with the ladies whether it’s for business or personal banking!

Sorry this took so long, I honestly couldn't figure out how to write a review.
Alright here we go.
The persons working and Managing this branch are nothing short of miracle workers and Customer Service aficionados. I was in a desperate situation and had lost $550.00. Within a half hour; the bank had found me new credit streams, calmed my hysterical state: within the day had $550.00 back in my account. I should mention that the bank had nothing to do with the situation I found myself in. They did however solve my problem and going above and beyond took the time to find me other money's while the $550.00 was being figured out.

I have been dealing with this branch for several years and have had superb service. The tellers address me by name and have been very helpful. I have also been very well treated at other TD branches. It's an excellent bank.

There is parking on the street & ATM inside.

ATM works well. However the area around it was littered with garbage and old Tim Horton cups were sitting on ledge. Poor appearance

What kind of bank doesn't have a functioning ATM? Two mornings in a row I was unable to withdraw any cash. Waste of time.

I gave this a one star because that is the lowest I can go. The staff are incredibly slow, incompetent and certainly do not listen to their customer needs. The branch employees are more concerned with socializing with each other than actually working. My emails and phone messages (because you'll never get a live person answer the phone) consistently went unanswered. The manager is very hard to understand and doesnt have a grasp on the management of his branch. I went in with a time sensitive need which went on for months and the opportunity lost. Never again..I should have gone to one of the other banks I deal with. Lesson learned.

Truly sad to see. I had a lovely experience with a woman who took the time to understand that I had severe anxiety around finances. I have no problem with being up front with this and stating this fact right off the bat to each person I interacted with, from the sit down appointment I had, to the teller I had to visit the second occasion, to the gentleman I spoke on the phone with. The team (other then one wonderful lady) seems more interested in labeling a situation in a timely matter and not actually handling the issue effectively or at all as I still have yet to have closed the chequeing account I set out to close, something they told me they could do no problem. As they rush people, I don't know if they realize the feeling they instill in the clients especially the ones who might have a hard time around handling finances (like myself). I have all my life been with the same bank and have never considered switching until interacting with this branch. If your to busy to give people your time, maybe you shouldn't deal with people? It's sad to see how little effort people put into other human being these days. Maybe it's time to start getting paid in cheques and keeping your money at home to cut out all this non sense.

I have been with td since I’ve start banking at age 15 and I’ve NEVER been treated like this. I will not go to this branch again, I will drive the 30 minutes to a different branch. The bank teller was rude and acted like I inconvenienced her. She truly ruined this branch for me

Waste of time for customer

I had a terrible time trying to deposit a simple pay check with a "Customer Experience Associate". She was extremely rude and it took over 20mins to complete my simple transaction. Overall TD bank has outstanding customer service, this is a bad apple in the bunch.
