Canadian Tire

Our brake light went out before my sister’s driving test, so on our way to go & repair it I realized I had no idea what to do. I asked one of the guys at the auto shop for help & he was more than willing to help change our light for us. So kind & thoughtful!!! I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but he was a lifesaver!

On Christmas Eve day, the battery in our vehicle began to show signs of failing. We wanted a Toyota battery but the service departments were closed. We bought a battery from Canadian Tire as a back up should ours fail. Fortunately, our battery continued to work and we got it replaced at a dealership in Ottawa. We returned the unused battery to Canadian Tire with no difficulty. The staff was pleasant and provided great customer service.

Love the Smiths Falls Canadian Tire! Well stocked, great prices and very friendly staff. Always willing to help locate items. Check them out - sometimes items are marked down!

In a pinch, when dad (me) messed up and forgot that hockey started the very next morning - and despite their curb side pickup option being only available for pickup the next day due to high volume - staff in-store went and picked out everything I needed by hand and held it at customer service for a last-minute pickup to save the day.

Not only that, but after realizing I had told them my son was starting hockey, they called me back to inform me of a mistake I made selecting a hockey product made for girls rather than boys, to ensure my little guy would be all set up properly to hit the ice tomorrow morning. They could have easily not cared or even paid attention, but the fact they did both and then contacted me to verify is the definition of above-and-beyond.

Huge thanks to those who helped and I can’t recommend them enough for their service.

Staff at this particular store (even new persons) are always willing to help at a moment's notice, and give you their full attention when you address them. If they themselves don't know the answer to your question, they will ask another associate over the radio immediately. They're all extremely kind and helpful and that's why it's my main go-to Canadian Tire store!

I wanted to purchase a hot tub yesterday and pay half credit, half debit. Couldn't do it online myself so called and got help from an employee named Angelica. She was very helpful, fast and efficient. She called me back within 10 min. You don't see good costumer service like that too often. Definitely would recommend this location. Everything was done in few hours. Thanks again

Just happened to bump into the most very helpful stock person who brought us personally to the two different departments we needed. He was so very pleasant and helpful. He overheard us "wondering where to look for....." and immediately intervened and gave us a perfect shopping experience. Smith Falls Canadian Tire goes above and beyond.

Excellent customer service today. I called to inquire the status of a exercise bike that showed one in stock online (didn’t want to drive over an hour and it not be there!)

Josie was polite and friendly, she called me back in a matter of minutes to inform me that she had found the bike and she will have it ready for pick up when I arrive. No problems with the order when we were in the store and two friendly gentlemen were waiting with the item when we drove around to load it up!

All in all a very pleasant experience made by Josie and the staff :) Many Thanks!

Great customer service. Helped me find what I was looking for. I seen another review and the person had a hard time with the automotive department. I had bought a battery from a very far away Canadian tire( 4hours away)and battery had started to die/leak so I went in to the Canadian Tire here in Smiths Falls they replaced the battery no questions asked. Oh and to boot I didn't have a receipt. Very happy. 😊

This is not the service that we have received at our larger store in our city. We will definitely look to doing more business at your store.
