Great store very friendly and helpful staff. There is always someone cleaning and disinfecting areas to help keep the store clean and safe during COVID-19. The staff are always around to help if needed and will treat you as family. I would recommend this store for great prices and a great shopping experience.

This is a great giant tiger with well stocked shelves and pleasant staff who are always eager to help when called upon for all your shopping needs. The grocery section is also a nice touch with lots of choices to choose from. I would like to see more boys clothing hit the shelves as I find the selection very limited for my family needs. Overall great store to shop at. 5 stars.

They had a great sale ($4) on Summer bath towels with great pictures and sayings. Like " Life is always better at the Lake ". Regular price was $10 and they are $6 at other Giant tigers that I checked.

The staff are very friendly at Giant Tiger. The cashiers are very fast and efficient. They dont visit with the customers ahead of you for 10 minutes unlike other stores I've been in. They are friendly to the customers but don't carry in a lengthy conversation with them. My favourite Giant Tiger💜

I visit the Giant Tiger Store in Smiths Falls about 3 times a week. I find the staff courteous and helpful. Cathy C on cash has been so good to me and she is certainly an asset to the store. Always different to shop here . It's one of those places that sometimes has nothing that interests you and the next time they hay have lots of things that interest you. A place you need to visit often so you don't miss out on the deals. Staff friendly and knowledgeable and always lots of cashiers

Love Giant Tiger! Canadian!!! Shop once a week for casual clothes - especially for the cottage. Comfortable clothes with better quality than comporable big chain stores. They have a home decore section, and now carry canvas art. Very reasonable! Each store carries somewhat different selections. Thumbs UP!!! GREAT store!
