When calling Lalonde Lumber, the owner Justin personally made sure that I had everything we needed. He had to make several calls to make the arrangements - and he did so very kindly. He even arranged for delivery during a time when they would be closed due to his dad's passing. Very impressed with this store! Previously, I had called several other hardware stores where the people were reluctant to do anything to get what I needed. Justin Lalonde was amazing. Greatly appreciated.

We hadn't been there in years, but as we walked in, they remembered us and we felt right at home! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. We have never seen a place so clean, so organized and best of all, they have everything! Thank you for the amazing service! ❤

First visit to Lalonde Lumber and it will not be our last. Dealt directly with store owner who provided us with A+ service compared to big store brand companies we were dealing with that day. Staff very nice and friendly as well. Very impressed. Store organize and ample inventory. Always better to deal with home-grown local businesses.

Big store in a small town.
Nice people, great selection, good service: exactly what you want from a store, and what you expect from a country store. I can't comment on the pricing, except to say they are selling off their stock of 1/2" plywood at reduced prices compared to what the competition is selling them at.
Really good selection of hardware: being in a farming community means they have to keep a good stock of hardware in stock, and they do a good job of that.
Friendly guy at loading area for the lumber: did all the lifting and noticed a damaged piece was loaded, and he replaced it with a good piece of wood. This goes a long way in my impression of the store as a whole. It shows the culture of hiring the right people and training them in the little things that go a long way.

This week i went at Mr Lalonde Lumber.
First time ever.
The store is first full of great accessories and many many tools,,,just amazing!
Very simple.
Staff is just great!!
Services is NUMBER 1 in my book.
The lumber yard,,just incredible,,i have been in residential construction most of my life,and i am 62
Never,,ever saw a lumber yard like that!
Everything is in place .

Fantastic Service, Have had a couple of loads of lumber delivered the lumber was piled neatly and sorted according to size, Straight and clean wood very happy with this local supplier. Matched price of the big box stores!!!

I went into this store last week for the first time. I needed some supplies for a home renovation project I am working on. I could not believe the service I received. They were kind, friendly and the most knowledgeable hardware store I have been to in our area. Not only did they switch my mind on certain products but their knowledge ending up saving me money. This may have been my first time to the store but not the last time. If you want service without any problems I recommend this store. Stop shopping at other local shops, where the employees have no pride in their work. Try Lalonde Lumber and you will not be disappointed

People were great and knowledgeable. Crazy Covid safe! We gave the list(very long list) of what we needed and they went and filled it for us. It was great, like being in an old fashioned store with actual service. 👍👍

Family run, good staff, quite helpful and tends to always have what you need. Road side parking but it's a non chalant road where it's fairly easy to find a spot, even with a trailer.

Ordered lumber over the phone, good customer service, and all the wood was great quality
