O2 Automotive Repair

We were on a long drive towards Toronto and became concerned about our tire pressure. This mechanic really knows his stuff! He quickly investigated the issue, found a puncture, and fixed it in no time. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Excellent service and highly efficient. I highly recommend him!

Nicest guy in town. When I dropped off my car, he had a suspicion of what the issue was. He then called me to confirm the issue, ensure I had a solid understanding of repair needed, and talk specific pricing before proceeding with the work.

As a woman in my 20s, I’ve been weary of mechanics in the past, as I think my age and sex has made me seem like an easy target for overcharging. This could NOT be further from my experience at O2 Auto.

Keep up the excellent work! Highly recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I had a tire leak outside of town and was in and out in less than half an hour. Great service, great price, great people.

I saw a heavy smoke coming from my company’s truck ( Ram Promaster 3500)
Driving From Cornwall to Brantford.
I made a quick stop there to see what is wrong with my truck and the super kind humble guy(I didn’t ask his name in a rush)
Gave me his occupied time and came out and did a quick inspection and found nothing serious and said it might just be water coming in from rain and forming a steam!

He is super nice and helpful
5 stars for the effort and help he didn’t even ask me to pay for anything!

There are not a lot of honest garages out there, but these guys are! Not only did they get me back on the road at a reasonable price and on short notice, but they also gave me a bunch of free advice about another vehicle I have.

We got a flat tire on a road trip through Canada. The guys at O2 went absolutely above and beyond to help us get back on the road. They were able to quickly identify the problem, patched us so we were able to complete our road trip and get back to Massachusetts safely AND they made sure to tape the responsible metal shard to the invoice so we could take it back to our home automotive location as proof to keep our tire warranty. Really, truly, phenomenal service.

Had them change over a few sets of tires, they without any hesitation took my tires and fulfilled their promise of having them done by the specified time. I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided today, I would definitely recommend using them if you are looking to build a solid relationship with a great mechanic shop. Look forward to future business guys, keep it up!

Marco and Eric saved our culo when our car's engine started breaking down as we were travelling on the highway past Iroquois, Ontario back to Toronto. God Bless these men, I don't actually want to think about what we would have done or what would have happened if these two weren't there when we got off the highway. They took one look at the car and told us exactly what we needed to hear - engine was done, not worth replacing. Honesty and integrity at its finest (an honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold). Car is being scrapped, they didn't charge us a dime. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Grazie Mille! We couldn't recommend these two more. If you're in and around Iroquois, Ontario and the surrounding areas, this is the mechanic shop to go to. Highly, highly recommend.

If you like your mechanics honest, this is the place to go. Brought my truck to them to diagnose loud fan noise. They contacted the dealer as they felt it should be under warranty. Sure, enough dealer took responsibility.

I had the BEST experience at this garage. I had a tire issue last Sunday and decided to wait until Monday to deal with it when this garage was open. I called as soon as they opened on Monday and they told me to come right in and they’d look at it. They had my car fixed up and back on the road in an hour. Both of the gentleman I dealt with were professional, friendly and informative. There was no attempt to suggest anything more than what was needed. I highly recommend this garage!

These guys are awesome. I broke down nearby on the 401 and they were incredibly accommodating, letting me use their phone, wifi etc., while waiting for a ride. On top of that they walked me through the entire repair process, helped me find high quality parts, had the car fixed and back on the road much faster then I anticipated AND ended up coming in below their initial quote. If I didn’t live in Montreal I would use here guys for every single mechanical need I had, and I 100% intend to use them whenever I am in the area. 10/10, great service and expertise - I very highly recommend them.

Professional, honest service. I took my BC car in for an Ontario safety. Marco took a look at it, told me exactly what needed to be done - no surprises, everything he said needed to be fixed were things I knew needed it anyways. Dropped off the car for repair, he got it done on time, and there were no surprise charges. I would recommend this shop 100%.

Many thanks for quick service and compassion from the guys at O2 Automotive. On the way to our holiday in Quebec, our car's "charging system" notification blinked on, suspecting battery, alternator problems. These guys were the closest place we could find, and we were not disappointed. A quick look and it was obvious we couldn't continue driving to our destination, and had to stay overnight in town. Unfortunately the part we needed could not be shipped out fast enough to have same-day service, but the lads at O2 Automotive not only had the part expressed shipped the next day, but had it done earlier than expected! Fair pricing, friendly service. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for making this not-so-fun experience bearable!

I have been a customer for about 5 years and during this time they looked after my 40 year old corvette and my other vehicles and the service was always great and well priced. They are so good that I now travel from Ottawa to have them service my vehicle. Great people ,great service!

I moved from Ottawa a year ago and the other day coming from ottawa to home in iroquois I noticed my brakes dragging. Not knowing any mechanics in the area I did my research and found o2 automotive had good reviews. I made an appointment the next morning and took my truck in for service. I was given an estimate that seemed very reasonable so I went ahead with the work. I recieved a call a couple hours later informing me that a relatively small part was worn out and told it needed to be replaced and was given a revised estimate and went ahead with the work. All the work was done on time no surprises in the price and I couldn't be happier with the work. Eric was very polite and informative and professional. I will certainly be going back to o2 automotive for all my future work. All in all if you want friendly small town service and the job done right at very reasonable prices this is the place.
