Exceptional customer service! I live out of town and ordered the "Mom's Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Platter" online for delivery. The surprise from my mom turned into a surprise for ME when my parents weren't answering to receive their delivery the next day! But, instead of dropping it in an unsafe place, both the store member and the delivery driver called me to offer suggestions. We landed on next-day delivery, AND at a different family member's address, AND there was no additional charge or complaints to do this for me! My mom finally received her surprise give and said "WOWOWOWOW you outdid yourself!" I'm grateful for their patience and highly recommend them as they truly care for their customers. I got the Chocolate dipped indulgence platter and for once a food product looked just like the picture! The fruit was delicious and just the really sweet. The chocolate meshed well with fruit for a delicious taste! I got it for a friends bday present which she really enjoyed, but I may just get one for myself next time.

We ordered a fruit platter late Saturday afternoon to pick up at 4:30 the same day. My phone rang and it was Edible Arrangements on the other end. The first thought that went through my head was we ordered to late and they are calling to cancel but to my surprise, they were calling to let me know they had run out of bananas and wanted to know what I would like instead. I was so elated to see that they had gone above and beyond and included a few extra fruits to make up for lack of just a few banana pieces!! Customer service at its best! It was the best platter we have ever had and will keep us coming back. Thanks for making our weekend Cambridge Edible Arrangements 😊

The best fruit basket I have ever ordered yet. Last week I send a gift from you guys to my friend and they were happy to taste the fresh fruits covered with chocolates. The strawberries covered with chocolate syrup was the best. I recommended this to my friends as well.

They did an amazing job.. the customer service at the Cambridge location was kind and informative. There was a little issue and it was solved instantly. She was fantastic! My daughter was ecstatic!

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! They made my mothers 70th birthday so special for her. They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful. The indulgence chocolate fruit tray was absolutely beautiful. The balloons and the flowers were so pretty as well . I would definitely recommend purchasing from this edible arrangement in Cambridge as their customer service was exceptional as well. I will definitely be re-ordering from them thank you so much again. :)

It was my first time at Edible Arrangements store. I had an excellent customer service at Cambridge store. I ordered a large Summer fruits arrangement for a Brazilian barbecue and was a big success. Great costumer service given by the girl named jasmin at the front desk, I went in to buy an arrangement close to closing time, I asked her if she could make me an arrangement, she said yes and kindly made me one, she was fast and kind and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a gift or treat.

Restored my faith in edible arrangements. There isn't one in Kitchener and last time it selected the waterloo location which I will never use again.

The Cambridge location sent it toy mom looking and tasting delicious on the day I needed. A coworker said he's received a few and they've always been amazing. Glad this store is closer and better!

Absolutely amazing service by Chelsea!! Yesterday I stopped by the store in a bit of a panic hoping to pick something up as a thank you for an event only a few hours away. We chatted through options, quickly made decisions and she had it back to me in less than an hour!!! It looked beautiful and the people who received it loved it. I couldn't have asked for anything more and it's all thanks to Chelsea! Thank you!!

I ordered a platter for my wife for new year eve .Its very delicious and decorated.I recommend this store to everyone.

I had to attend a venue same day, I called the Cambridge location, they recommended something and it was ready within an hour. All around great service, staff was very pleasant. Best of all the fruit and dipped strawberries were nice and fresh. Everyone at the venue loved the arrangement. Thank you!!

Great customer service!! I had placed an order and was going to pick it up but they close before I finished work. The gentleman who answered the phone offered to bring it to my work after he was done for the day as it was only a block away. I am so grateful that I am able to surprise my fried with it still!! Thank you!

Best Hospitality Ever!

Went in there with my wife and kid and came out knowing this will be our only stop for any future events we have. Masi the owner was so friendly, did not push us to buy, gave us to taste the samples he had already in store which were amazing and also said he would cater to any of our requirements.
