Service can be sometimes extremely long, some days are better than others!

Great overall experience, nothing beats a good Starbucks drink.

We ordered Pike Place and barista freshly brewed our coffee. We live in Ontario but all Quebec area Starbucks locations we visit always offer a great service and high quality & correctly prepared coffee drinks compared to Ontario ones. Huge thanks to the store Team and Quebec Regional Management. Great training and Team work. Cheers!

We had a great experience at this location. It just opened not even a week ago, and they already had the ball rolling. The staff was friendly even with my long complicated orders. The line was a bit long but it was expected as only 3 people are allowed in the store at a time. Would definitely come back!

I was passing through Valleyfield (and my French is broken). I decided to stop at the Starbucks on Mgr-Langlois and went through the drive-thru. I firstly asked if the employee spoke English and this very pleasant young lady stated yes. I gave her my order and she repeated it to me back. Pulled up to the window and was greeted with a smile and she continued with me in English. A very pleasant experience and when I pass through Valleyfield again, I plan on making a stop here again. Did not get her name but I passed by at 10h47 AM on Jan 15.

Very good service, and the staff is always very nice. Even thought the first week there was a very long line up for drive through, I'm still giving five stars for service because it was still very quick and they have just opened.

Been there 3-4 times now and the staff is quite amazing.

Very clean, yannick store manager number 1 have know her for a couple of years. She is super friendly and always knows how I like my drink and because I have an allergy she always makes sure the pitcher is super clean

I loved this place, coffee was delicious, I also found customer service very good, friendly and smiling employees. The music was a plus! Excellent choice.

Just got my order it was a chai tea latte .
I feel like homelander saying this but it was perfect.
Had a really nicely made drink after a long time.

I don't like coffee so I wondered if there would be something I would like at that place.

Turns out they offer frappuccino without coffee and I LOVED it.

I also saw online that they make puppaccino for doggies.

I just took my pomeranian to the groomer and he was rewarded with his own treat at Starbucks. He loved it so much !

The clerk was super nice to us, they even made a second puppaccino by mistake and he gave it to Meeko.

I will definitely go there again as I loved my first experience there.

Going to this Starbucks is the best part of my day. Their drinks are amazing and their customer service is always warm and welcoming. 10/10. Would recommend.

Followed my favourite barista on the first day of the open. Saw TJ and was very happy. Manager Is nice too.
