Great coffee with very friendly staff! If you become a regular, they'll definitely rememeber you. Doesn't get too loud so it's a good place to get a bit of work done on the laptop.

Latte art is some of the best I've seen.

My absolute FAVOURITE coffee in the city. I always order an oat latte with caramel. All the food I’ve had is delicious too. It’s not very busy the few times I’ve been, and the decor is really cute and cozy. They have a little patio out back that’s great on warm sunny days.

Very nice café. Lots of coffees and pastries to chose from. Good seating wih a patio out back as well. We asked for opinions when buying a coffee blend and the employees were very insightful into what type of brew to choose. I really enjoyed my katte and found the roast to be smooth. Good café choice.

Finally a decent espresso! Tasty, not bad aftertaste, sweet. They used a coffee variety from Ethiopia, which is usually a good option. The cappuccino and Chai latte were very good at well!

Busy on the weekends, but this place is great. The food is FRESH and the eggs are perfect. The coffee is premium and delicious. If you’re looking for a new local caffe or a niche brunch spot, I highly recommend!

Kind, considerate and easy-going staff. Not cheap but the clean aesthetic, above average quality coffee and food (for a cafe) and professionalism help justify it. Not somewhere I can afford to frequent, but definitely makes great espresso and EASILY the best breakfast sandwich in the Knight/Kingsway/Fraser neighbourhood.

Good coffee, tasty breakfast sandwich, chill vibe, and friendly staff made today’s experience a wonderful one. I was busy running virtual meetings here and it was bustling but quiet enough to have a pleasant conversation. Will definitely repeat.

The best mushroom toast I have ever had! The staff were lovely. The cafe is peaceful with good music. I really enjoyed my latte as well.

I love this coffee place! The coffee is really good!!! The environment is nice! The staff are friendly (but I wish they did ask me if I wanted a large cup for additional 50 cents) but next time I know!!! Will definitely come back!!! Highly recommend it!

I am glad that Pallet Coffee Roasters opens a second branch on Kingsway. I tried their first coffee shop close to East Hastings and loved their latte and food so much. I had a high expectation at their second branch.

My sister and I ordered a flat white and latte. Both were so good that fulfilled my day! One of the baristas showed us how he created the patterns on our latte and flat white. He also gave me to try some coffee that reminded in a coffee pot. It was so good even though it was with milk or cream and sugar.

People come here to study, work, relax, chat and have a coffee. I would definitely like to come back here for coffee and their pastry or food next time.

I enjoyed my visit to this location, I picked up a bag of Early Riser. I enjoyed the friendly service and tried an iced coffee.

This place has the coolest vibe. And they got the pallet deco down. It's been years since I've been here and I'm stoked it's still here. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Some parking in the back. They have a communal table and bar for all laptop users.

Wow! Came here for a pre-work caffeine booster. Can’t believe the flavour profile of the coffee - kudos to the barista! Creamy, high quality milk, medium roast beans roasted perfectly, smooth and buttery mouthfeels- zero bitter taste but preserves and captures the rich aromas of the beans beautifully. $3.75 for this delicious concoction. Good value!! Bravo, Pallet - a new favourite!

I went to two different locations while in Vancouver and both were great! Their coffee has a complex myriad of flavors to it - hard to describe, but it's delish! I highly recommend the salted caramel dark chocolate brownie - nothing will get you down for the rest of the day! Their seating is smartly designed to accommodate all types of users, and their staff is really friendly. I will miss this place!

Friendly staff, great service, and amazing coffee. It can get pretty busy during weekends but I like to come in a grab a cup of coffee and some pastries.
