The first time I went to this location. I got an oil change. Great service. The Asian fellow was very professional....went back to do some work on the air conditioner this other guy was very manipulative and bossy. He was trying to convince me to spend unnecessary money to diagnose what work needs to be done. He insisted that they need to recharge the system and add more die. his excuse didn't make any sense at all. He said the die evaporates and they have to recharge it with new die....it was recharged recently and they put dye in it already ....he also said they might have to change the heater core. both don't make any sense. I've done all the work on all my past vehicles. I know a lot about taking parts off and putting new parts on.
I told him the die does not evaporate. It lasts indefinitely. He insisted that it must be done and he bullied me into agreeing with him. When I didn't agree with him. He told me that he's refusing service and I must leave. I felt very disrespected and he's not a professional.
he tried to tell me that he's an expert and even after doing the diagnostic tests. They still might not know what's wrong with the air conditioning. He used an analogy of a doctor. Which to me makes nonsense. A doctor is a general practitioner they could only guess what's wrong with you. if you want to go get better, you have to see a specialist. When I said this he said that he's a specialist. But he can't guarantee that they're going to diagnose what the problem is. That's total nonsense....meanwhile they're charging me excessive money to diagnose.
I will never return to this location ever again. What a horrible experience

Very bad experience with this location, came to this location 4 times, paid money for wrong inspection twice, first time I got a discount from Jeff the Assistant Manager, thanks to him, but I replaced all parts he recommended to change, nothing worked, came again and they told me that my car needed a Transmission although my mechanic said it only needed a hub, they said no, it needs a transmission 100% and this time they charged me a full amount for inspection, my mechanic changed the hub and it all worked, came again and asked them to correct their wrong report after my mechanic found the issue that they didn't even know about, Jeff told me to come back any day and he will ask the technician to fix the report without any charges, I came back today and he said that I have to wait for at least two hours and he will charge me again about $145 plus taxes, I refused to do it as I don't want them to ripp me off again , I only came here for a report, nothing else, they were not even close to the issue, Imagine that you are told that your car needs a transmission that's not even available at this time and worth about $10,000, at the end you find it's wrong and they want you to pay more...
