Just wondered why nobody responds to the bad reviews just the good one's . Have been a customer for years and customer service is not near what it was, Phone and wait for someone to call you back ,doesn't happen most of time . Have been waiting for over two months to get something dealt with , maybe you should call me I have left my number on the message I leave, a phone back goes a long way to a happy customer apparently they don't care . Yes still have an account there call me when you have time for me !! Yes and you never called me

THEY CLOSE AT 4PM!!!!!! The BMO website and Google both say 5pm but the hours on the door say 4pm and the doors are locked at 4pm. I've been told by staff at the branch that they can't change this. That is poor service when you can't accurately show the open/close hours on a website. Lovely staff at the branch, just some poor decision making and red tape that wastes people's time.

Fix your hours on website have driven to your branch for nothing, at least post correct hours. You must have an IT specialist somewhere in your business.

Money disappears from my bank account so I go ask where it is and they point on a sheet of paper saying I transferred it when it doesn’t say that at all! Then they want you to stand there and argue for hours! I have lost so much money to mysterious disappearances.

I would never recommend this branch to any of my friends as the Branch Manager Connie Kirkwood is very rude
