This is a shout out to Angie. She provided exceptional customer service today and went above and beyond to help me with my exchange. Thank you so much Angie for all of your patience, and for helping to find the right item!

I wish more store chains studied/copied the store layout and product placement principles of Mark's. They've never messed with it, just evolving it over time to incorporate new products/lines and I don't think they get enough credit for that! Everything is well laid out and familiar. And if you don't know their stores well, you'll still quickly find what you are looking for without wandering all over the store. I can walk into any Mark's and find all the same products I keep buying over and over, year after year and not miss a beat! Their 100% cotton t-shirts are still among the best as are their quad comfort Dakota work shoes.

Looking for new rubber boots for rainy season. Nice fit and good price. Used my Canadian Tire money to help buy it.

Biggest selection of industrial clothing i have ever seen in a marks! Great staff, ready to answer any questions you have about sales and stock.

I was in the store during their 25% off sale and was very pleased with the customer service at this location. I went to return my items that I had bought on the Thursday (before the sale) the cashier I believe Christina was her name let me know that the sale was starting from the Friday to the Sunday. She suggested I buy my items and come back with my receipt this weekend to get a price adjustment with the sale discount. I had the pleasure of having Christina as a cashier again, she went above and beyond as an employee. Was extremely kind, patient, and very genuine. Not once did she make me feel like a chore or that I was wasting her time. Which sadly is hard to come by in the customer service industry; this girl hands down needs a raise! The associate Kendra was also very kind and from both associates I could see what a positive environment the staff creates. Thanks Christina and Kendra for your amazing service this weekend! 100% would recommend this Marks location.

Quality product. Customer service is amazing. I have always found them to be helpful and accommodating when it comes to returns and exchanges. They do not make you feel like this is an inconvenience like so many retailers do.

Shopping winter shoes for me and my wife for our first winter here in Canada, we visited this store. A sales person named Mandeep was very helpful and patiently responded to each of our questions.

Love the selection and quality of all Mark's products. My favourite clothing store to shop at. Excellent selection of workwear and casual wear. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is always kept tidy. Plus I can get and use triangle points.

This was my first time in this location but rest assured I will be back. At first no one welcomed me or offered assistance. Little annoyed by that. But that was made up for when I had found some of what I was looking for & a gentleman walked by & offered assistance. He had been helping another customer prior. He helped me find exactly what I needed and wanted in work shoes. Right colour, weight, feel, texture. Something light weight because many girls work boots are ridiculously heavy. He gave me options but than found the perfect pair. He made sure I was comfortable with them. That I walked okay in them. Everything. I love them & they're super comfortable & not super bulky which is just what I needed and wanted. Than he checked me out super quick. Great customer service. I wish I got the gentleman's name! He gave me astounding service & the store owner should know!!

Thankyou Emma at the mall in Cambridge on number 24 rd . Absolutely fabulous person ! Courteous kind and very helpful ......I was her priority. What a great customer experience .....! Beautiful lady inside and out . So satisfied with my return and outcome with my new shoes ........don't let this woman go !!!!!

I needed ladies work boots and they had them and I wanted lightweight and they had them and it was a very nice young man that worked there I'm sorry I wish I knew his name but he was so informative and so polite wow what a great place

Absolutely the best Marks to go to, the selection of work wear out does any other store in the KW/Cambridge area. Mrs went looking for women's work pants and they had quite the selection. Super helpful staff and a very clean store.

Cashier helped me find my size and processed exchange fast. She was very pleasant. 🤩

Aaron you are an absolute gem! Thank you for helping me find the most comfortable work boots I've ever tried on and showing me multiple boots while I was there and finding me laces that I probably won't be able to destroy.... but I'll let ya know if I do ;)

I love Mark's Work Wearhouse. They have women's office clothing, and just a good array of good quality products. I'm not a normal chicka, but this is my favourite store! I feel like a kid in a toys tore here! Customer service is excellent, and prices reasonable.

The Store manager Rod and his team are unbelievably helpful, I had an issue with an online order I had placed and Rod and his team were able to correct the issue in record time. Top notch customer service with a smile!!

This is the first Mark's location I have visited. I was very impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff member I interacted with was, as well as the wide variety of quality clothing that was in stock. The store was clean and well organized. Parking at this location is very convenient, even on a busy day.
