Party Express

I ordered balloons for my husband's 50th birthday and they turned out exactly as I wanted. They looked so elegant and ordered on Nov 11 and the ballons are still floating on Dec 22. Totally worth the price we paid.

Despite all the negative reviews here I had an excellent experience. The lady was very helpful and straight to the point. Balloons were delivered on time and it looked fantastic!! Thank you so much party express. You guys are awesome!

Don’t bother believing the negative reviews. This place is hands down one of the bests local shops for party decor. Love love love this place! We got all our decor from here in 2020 for our baby shower and continue to come back for all our other celebrations. The lady on the phone knows her product, is honest and isn’t afraid to tell you what will work best for you. Never had an issue here and we will always be coming back.

So far, my experience at Party Express has been nothing short of amazing. For my baby's birthday, I ordered balloons from this place, which were delivered and set up on schedule. Everything was completed to my liking. I just recently placed two last-minute orders, which were completed promptly. Since their phone line may often be busy, I find that communicating via their WhatsApp is faster and more efficient than utilizing their phone number.

I ordered balloon garland for my son’s birthday party. It exceeded my expectations and I was just wowed! All the guests loved it and I got exactly what I wanted for my boy’s 1st birthday party! The communication was very well maintained from the day I ordered until it was set up. Thank you so much for making my event so elegant ❤❤

I was in yesterday and wanted a Cookie Monster balloon. Of course they had it! They always have exactly what I'm looking for. I've given up on the big box stores. I now live out by Langley/Aldergrove and will go here. I was chatting with them yesterday saying how I've been going for years. It's a great to support a local business that's been there for years and are so knowledgeable!! Long time customer finally getting around to giving them a review of praise they deserve.

Bro Party express are best. Every time I’ve had to go in there to pick up balloons for events they always go above and beyond to make sure my balloon needs are fulfilled. The owners are delight, I brought my niece in there and the staff was being so pleasant to her. You guys a certified bomb.com ❤ these other comments are certified broke haters. Anyone with a negative response to this wonderful business probably has never owned a business to understand that you don’t tolerate people’s BS. First time customer here! Had inquiries in email and they reply immediately with details. The one who delivers our balloon on my sister's birthday was a really nice guy, gave us instruction on how to use, take care of the baloons, and all that jazz. I had read some reviews here and I don't understand all the negative experience. I'm happy that despite all that I gave Party Express a chance and I was not disappointed at all. Even my parents said the bouquet balloons are worth it! And they are the ones who are very picky with this ones. I'm a happy customer. Will definitely coming back and will recommend this to my friends every time we have an event or birthday party to celebrate!

I've never had a bad shopping experience here and I am legitimately surprised by some of the negative reviews. Ive been shopping here since 2010, when it was still a dollar store. When they switched it to a Party Store I was so pleased, the quality of the items they carry and the amount of knowledge they have about their product is great. We use them for all of our church events and have ordered everything from cake supplies to balloons to popcorn makers and the rest. Not a single bad experience in almost 9 years and Ive shopped there frequently.

Great service! I have used this company for a few years now and they never disappoint. The owners are always there to help out on my decorating needs for our parties and events. They go out of their way to make sure we are happy with everything even when it is last minute. They even deliver it and it’s good priced! He will come to take a look at the venue to make sure the balloons will be perfect for the space and suggests proper placements for the balloons and what will look better at no extra charge!!! Plus, They even replace the balloons if they pop before or during our events or parties or will make it up for the next one. If we tell them we are not happy with something, they surely try their best to fix or replace it. Party City will not do that for me (they say that they cannot replace unless I pay for it and say that if I’m not careful enough). Party express’s balloons and decorations are cheap compared to anywhere else and I have been recommending this company to anyone I know and when people comment on the balloons, they are quite impressed that they ask where I get it from. That’s got to say the quality of their balloons! If I have new ideas on balloons and if they don’t have it, they will try to get it ASAP and on time! I cannot stress enough how I am very satisfied with this company and will continue to use them for all my party needs.

I'm appalled at the reviews! Unfortunately I have not been in awhile but I use to always shop at party express, for crafting supplies, baking supplies and of course for birthdays. Absolutely love the selection and they are the most friendly, polite and knowledgeable people. Always a friendly hello and helpful with whatever I'm in need of. Love the owners and what they do for their customers! I will make a point of shopping there again and supporting their business.

I had ordered a balloon garland and back drop last minute (6 days before the event) and the woman I spoke to via WhatsApp and in store was very honest, efficient, and accommodating. On the actual day of the event, the person who came to set up and take down was on time, fast, and courteous.

Overall, I had a great experience (which is why I’m very surprised at the negative reviews) and would definitely recommend them to family and friends for future events!

I had a wonderful experience. Staff was very helpful from the moment I walked in (on a Saturday). Huge inventory but they directed to exactly where the products were. Said it would be 15-20 minutes; 15 minutes later I was leaving. I read some of the other reviews and maybe it was a cultural thing because they were awesome. I will be going back.

I've always had the best experience with party express ! They are absolutely amazing. They always deliver on time. The balloons are just incredible. Prices are very convenient. I've ordered balloons here for multiple events in the past and have always received wonderful customer service from both owners here. Not sure what the other reviews are saying, may be their personal experience but I've always had friendly customer service and beautiful balloon bouquets! Will definitely continue to return for future events :)

I've been using Party Express for years, for my children's birthdays. The service is always very helpful and kind! I was very glad to see them add an online ordering option during covid, and have used their delivery service too. Would highly recommend!

Blown away by the customer service! My son's birthday falls on a stat, and the store will be closed. So they kindly offered to deliver the balloons to where we are having the party. But the party hall won't accept the photos. They will be delivered to our house instead. Also forgot a few things for the party. So I asked if she could bring them with the balloons. Np problem at all! Even gave me a discount! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will happily be a repeat customer any day! Thank you!

Happy with the service, price and convenience. We purchased some candles and helium balloons for two birthdays. Came to under $50 and didn't have to pre-order or wait.

My girlfriend sent me to this store to pick up some items for her. She called the store and there service was absolutely great. They got the items ready for her so I can pick it up. They made my life so much easier by doing that. My girlfriend absolutely loves this store for there selection of craft goods. My gf is definitely a crafty girl and she can be picky where she buys her products. She is quite thrifty, with that being said this stores items are fairly priced. I am just so shocked with there service I have to give them props. Also when I was there I noticed they have a lot of balloon orders and some very nice balloon bouquets. I will definitely go there to grab my gf a big bouquet of balloons for her b day!

Nick & Jolene have been fantastic partners in all of my events! They were quick to make themselves available for deliveries, sometimes multiple drop offs in one day (going as far as doing overnight deliveries). They were organized and flexible when things came up with little notice. They made my role very as the event planner extremely easy and my company and our consumers always enjoyed the added ambiance that was created by Party Express!

While I've since moved on from my company to move abroad, I still hear nothing but consistent praise about Party Express; I am so glad we are still partners.
