I would like to commend Steve, for the exceptional service they provided during my visit. They were incredibly polite, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. Steve was knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made a lasting impression. Excellent service all around!

Staff member who helped us figure out a gender reveal party balloon situation was soooo helpful. And they got the balloons filled asap. Always have what we need at party city! (And then more 😂)

The service in the store was great. The man in the front desk was very helpful and nice. Nice store with great selection of party products for various of ages. Colorful store. High prices unfortunately.

I found everything I needed. Staff just stay behind the counter and point instead of coming out or having 1 person on the floor in the aisle. Price can be a bit expensive but lots of deals and sales usually.

Steve saves the day!

I went to fill helium for my kid's balloons yesterday, and they are bought by my wife from another place. There is one small balloon in shape of number 7, which I didn't get, but Steve got it for me after I called in today to check.

He is very friendly and helpful. The store provides a variety of items to make your party successful.

Very recommended store to check, and if you have a question, make sure to ask for Steve, who is at the front counter.

Arrived here to get a bouquet of balloons done at 6 pm on a Wednesday. It was somewhat busy yet I still had my bouquet of balloons done in under 20 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and competent.

Way better than Spirit Halloween. Had what I was looking for and you have to ask the staff to get the costume from the back so you know it hasn't been tampered with by customers or has stains on it like spirit. Happy Halloween I will be shopping with you guys from now on.

You get most of the South Indian ( Kerala ) products here.

This location has great staff!! Young lady was able to get 3 balloon bouquets dome for me fairly quickly and they were done nicely. Other locations have slapped them together and I usually have to fix them when I get home but not here. Thanks!!

Popped in to see if I could get some balloons for my sons birthday and they helped me out and hooked me up! Turns out its much cheaper to buy a bouquet of balloons, and they get filled for free. They have tons of candy, costumes, party favors, carnival games.... everything you need and MORE!!! I will totally be back!

party City in Langley is an excellent place for party supplies be sure to call ahead and make an appointment if you need balloons filled with helium especially in the busy season ie Halloween Christmas Easter summer vacation and all the typical times for parties and events

They've got a TON of supplies that's for sure! This store is HUGE and PACKED with product! I just came in during the Halloween supplies rolling out and boy have they ever devoted a lot of space to this yearly event!! Kudos!
