These guys get it! They've got a great system, all the supplies you need for every project. Lots of bulk nails and screws. Tools galore. All the cutting edge brands of tools, abrasives, cutting wheels, diamond blades, drill buts, hammer drill bits, knives, vacuums, gloves, cement supplies,, poly , ladders, lumber, wheel barrows, anchors, hoses and of course smart and knowledgeable people to help you find what you need, check out quickly and sort out any issues that may arise while doing so.

I am extremely pleased with my shopping experience at this store. The organization, cleanliness, and tidiness are top-notch, and the customer service is the best I've ever encountered. Although the prices may be slightly higher than other stores, I believe it's worth it to shop here because their overhead costs for maintenance, cleaning, and organization are much higher.

I have been picking up my Lumber and Hardware here since the north Vancouver location opened. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can select my Lumber and get advice when I need it. There is no bottlenecks in the yard, things move quickly and smoothly.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and polite staff. I am extremely impressed by the way I was treated here. I was not looking forward to this trip at all. However, they made this experience very painless and almost enjoyable. I will definitely be back in the very near future.

I was in last week to order some custom length metal roofing and Michelle help me. As a residential customer the order desk is a little intimidating.
