We came from Toronto and needed a quick lunch. We stopped here and the staff really stood out. They were so patient with us. I wish I had names to recognize. However, they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you!

Harvey's has the best burgers in town. The grilling process, and the quality of their ground beef and Angus give the best and juiciest flavor ever. Beef patty sizes are generous, and the toppings are fresh and delicious. Service is quick and attentive. Ordering online, and picking up at the restaurant works very well. Highly recommended. This location also serves Swiss Chalet chicken dinners. Easy access off and on the highway.

Welcoming and very friendly staff, especially makenzie I believe her name was if I’m remembering it correctly, she asked me how my day was going which was surprisingly refreshing because i’m not used to kindness while ordering food. I also had noticed she was picking up trash previous customers had left and was cleaning it up as we spoke. overall good atmosphere as well, was surprised to see such polite workers.

Makenzie really made my experience enjoyable, her service was impeccable from the moment I walked in she had a smile on her face and greeted me swiftly. Confirming my order was correct, and ensuring that I got it in a timely manor.

Jamie killed the food in the back- he was a rockstar! So fresh! MacKenzie was customer service professional. She ate it up and down. I believe she truly has a great passion for her work and will do amazing things in life. 10/10 quality and customer service. We will be returning

These guys and girls are absolutely amazing 👏 they make me smile everytime I go there they know I'm regular I like my buffalo poutinee with grild chicken and it's amazing each time the cook is awesome he was out having break and walked up to the drive through speaker and even said my order with a smile 😃 love these guys and I give 5 star if the owner can show the employees this so show how thankful I am it be great. Thanks

Well in this Thursday morning to get lunch well in my way to next dog , felt with a present young man who was doing front and drive threw , he was very polite and friendly :) will say the resturant was clean as always and food was great !!

Very happy with the customer service I received today around noon (feb 22 2024) very welcoming environment and amazing customer service food also came out fast and hot! The manager was also super helpful and friendly as this was my first time in smith falls and I had so many questions!

This place is one of the best fast food restaurants in town. The atmosphere here is great the staff are always smiling and having fun and always great to customers. The evening cook and staff are my favorite as I visit a lot after a nice walk around town in the evening. I'm always greated with a smile and hello like I'm family. I always feel like I'm welcome here and the food is always amazing. Thank you all the staff here y'all run a great place and it's very clean.

Just finished dinner here…Great place! Good food, lots of seating, & very clean. The staff are fantastic, & especially loved the singing cook! His voice is fantastic…my son actually thought it was the radio!

Visiting in Smith Falls- Swiss Chalet was near the motel we launched that. Ordered the quarter chicken dinner with white meat, chicken was done to perfection as was the baked potato. Ordered a side order of salad which was fresh and crisp! Friendly helpful staff who did the best to put together a wonderful meal even though late in the day. Note that if you want a baked potato make sure that they still have it as they seem to go quickly. Great job to the staff working on Sunday evening- hopefully management will recognize their efforts. Highly recommend

This is the best Harvey's ever i love it , drinks are cold and refreshing , the beef burger is nice a juicer with large fries are always hot and fresh and crunchy. this is my second time going there and they haven't disappoint.

This is a restaurant that you know. I love their Burgers and Hot dogs.
Harvey's has been a staple in the community for decades and you can always count on a decent meal.
There always clean and their prices are very reasonable.
I would not ever hesitate to bring the whole family there anytime.
