KFC

Only once about 4 months ago they handed me a cold chicken sandwich through the drive through...but I still go the people that work there are so kind and friendly.. and food has always been perfect except that one time.. right now it's $5 day👍😁I'll see you Saturday😎

We were passing through Smith Falls on the way to Ottawa and arrived 20 mins to closing time super tired, but Jacob at the counter was amazing and didn't rush us even as they were preparing to close, Food took 10 mins or so to arrive although we just ordered some strips and nuggets, however the service made us forget about the delays and just recoup or energy for the journey ahead.

Super clean washrooms, because that is very important, food was great. Fresh staff was great., Overall the whole restaurant was nice and clean

By far the best KFC location I've ever been to in my entire life and I've been everywhere across Canada. This place is new and super clean, it looks fantastic and the staff are great. I don't mind standing and waiting on my dinner when I can have a chat with a pleasant good humored employee. (Matt should get a raise) Thank you.

Fantastic KFC location, service is usually the best I see at any restaurant (take out context). Definitely 5 star in my books, though my last 2 visits were very disappointing. A few days ago I got no dipping sauce for any of my popcorn chicken, and today i stood at the counter for 5 minutes but nobody came out to serve me at all. I assure you it is an exception, if you’re in the area and want a good KFC, this is the location to visit!
Update, app non functional, can’t order any of the online deals. Sent about 10 emails, not ONE reply. Called the location, they say nothing is wrong.. app deleted, I asked for my account to be removed, and won’t ever again order KFC. Still think the SF location rocks, but the company as a whole clearly doesn’t care.

After years of eating at dozens of KFC's across Canada I can say this was my best experience. I refuse to order KFC locally anymore as quality has dropped but this store is doing everything right!!. Clean and fresh. Salads aren't just mayo and chicken is very crispy and not greasy. All other stores should take note as this location is where new stores should train out of. This is how I want to remember KFC and how I want to experience it in the future. Customer service from Matt was great as he was happy, smiling and extremely friendly. Matt you deserve a raise!!.

It is the best one around. Staff's friendly and professional. Engages with you at the window and has always been cheerful.

I’ve avoided kfc for years as most locations have gone downhill, especially food quality, taste. My son wanted to try. I was hesitant. Smiths falls location is actually amazing! Clean, modern, Great food! Amazing service.!! Clerk went out of his way to make suggestions, To say the least. I’m pleasantly impressed and will definitely return. Thanks for the amazing visit A++++

Crew that is on tonight December 30, 2022 6:30pm is the reason we keep coming back. They have changed our opinion on this specific kfc branch. Best crew on any fast food chain not only KFC. Don’t come here often before. But since the new crew came, especially the manager on this shift we now come in for pleasure dining.

I have visited this location three times. It is well-maintained and the staff is polite. Drive thru times can (3-20 minutes), but attribute to the fact that meals are cooked to be at their absolute best and long lines due to popularity and the recent opening in the area.

Two of three times there were inaccuracies in my orders, but I approached the restaurant management and was provided with a favourable outcome. It is clear the KFC Smiths Falls team cares about their customers and their product.

100% recommend & definitely will return.

We were missing food (6 piece chicken) in an online pick up order. We called and were told to come in for free meal on them. Our name wasn't recorded when we came in but the store manager Brittany was super accomodating and gave a free drink and fries as well. Super nice and fast for how busy they were.

Like your top fast food restaurant s KFC has been a staple in our diets for the last 50 yrs. Although like anything KFC rounds off the top fast food places we were brought up with. Very dependable ^clean and you still can't drive past one without that delicious smell. A great draw for the customers. Although there are new things on the menu we still can get that round barrel fries gravy and coleslaw. Like always.
This restaurant was here for many years and will probably stay with us well onto the future.
Keep up the good work KFC and I'm sure that young or old well all keep eating it as well.

Clean and friendly staff. No online or phone service available even if you track down the phone number. Posters advertise online orders you can't make as they aren't online at this location. No special or promo products available. Don't bother asking.

I done the drive threw and have to give it a 10 out of 10. They were fast and right on the money with what was ordered. No complaints here. Keep up the amazing job.

Big modern building. I've only done the drive through. The chicken is much like other KFCs. Maybe cooked a tad longer than some places, for crispier coating.... which I like.

Usually use the drive threw. The staff is very nice to deal with. Any lineups move quickly.

Very fast service. I had an issue with ordering and the cashier was very knowledgeable. My order was ready within 5mins of paying. 10/10 would recommend this location.

Best KFC in the area. Clean and new, good staff. Food isn't over cooked with proper portions. Recommend this location.
