Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Chicken is very good, but it is extremely difficult to get what you ordered. 2 visits back I asked for mild tenders for my wife, she got spicy ones and had to make a sandwich instead. Today, she ordered me a 3 piece meal, I got tenders. And this location (smiths falls) cannot figure out onion rings apparently. Mealy every single time (5 visits to date).

Update. They're now open - even if the App doesn't believe it - and I stand by my 5 stars. Food is fresh, hot, and tasty. Staff is VERY nice; Friendly and patient, even when busy.
The mac&cheese isn't great, but that's a Chain wide issue.
Missed opportunity with the coleslaw - give us back a version of the old radioactive green slaw that the other guys discontinued because it was Canada only.

I'm posting this because someone at Google needs to get their act together.
There are a bunch of negative reviews for a location that IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
What phone number? What food? I feel bad for the Franchise owner that this is what they're looking at before they've even finished installing the kitchen..

We had the chicken sandwich spicy it was Amazon, the tender and juicey of the thick white meat. Service was good and fast.

The staff at Popeyes in Smith Falls were wonderful. Friendly, courteous and helpful. The place was very clean. Food was fresh and tasty .

We got to the store at the last minute.
But CJ was a Rockstar. Not only did she get everything that we wanted. But she added a little extra. Because we walked in just on closing time

I went to Popeye's after work last Friday night after 3:30 the cashier was very pleasant and very cute lol, the food was awesome, and real plastic straws are back, the whole staff was quick with my food , I will definitely go back again 😀

The food is great and the staff are very friendly. Only complaint is the restaurant is a bit small and fills up quickly at busy times.
