Alexandria Home Hardware Building Centre

I was served by cashier Emily Dumoulin this week. I was exchanging some merchandise. She was the kind friendly and went out of her way to help me. What a great experience. Good job Emily!

So we only have one hardware/lumber store in all of Alexandria (unless you consider Canadian Tire a hardware store).
Anyways, the lady working in the garden area was super nice and helpful. She's got an extra awesome Camaro also. If you go there and meet her, she's super amazing. Staff like that will keep people coming back.
It's a great place to shop and we will keep going back. Unless I need something they don't carry.

They always have a large variety of items in stock. When they ran out they ordered it for me and called me when it arrived and I did not have to pay up front You! There is always someone there to answer my questions and help me find the right product for the job. They never make me feel rushed. If you call asking a question you aren't left on hold like other stores for a half hour waiting to speak to a person. You can't beat the customer service from Home Hardware in Alexandria!

I was in today to plan a renovation and source materials - Clodine and Joy were absolutely going above and beyond to help find materials and contacts for our job. Looking forward to working with them again!

Good service. Great ambiance and local products too. Even though I left right after closing time on Saturday... I noticed that they let a last minute shopper in.

Called for a delivery today! Service was fast and perfect. They even had to make a judgement call as to where to leave my delivery as no one was there and they made the perfect call. Great service.
