IGA extra Famille Déziel Vaudreuil-Dorion

We have purchased a personalized birthday cake for my mother in law. The initial contact when ordering at the bakery section was super pleasant, asking us what we wanted etc … and all with a big smile. There was a follow up phone call, due to not having what we previously chose ( which was ok by us ). When we picked up the cake, we where greeting again with a big smile ( different person). Finally we ate the cake and everybody loved it. The cake was well decorated, moist, delicious, and the icing was so good ( I am not usually keen on icing). We are very satisfied. Thank you very much to the staff.

Great store, all the staff are friendly. The chicken wings at the lunch counter are literally the best I ever had. Not soaked in sauce, nice and crispy... Just perfect

I would say it is one of the better grocery stores in the area. It has a wide variety of choices from Ricardo and Stephano products along with a sushi bar and fresh baked goods. Includes a butcher and a fish counter and the majority of the staff has always been polite and friendly with me.
The customer service from cashiers and baggers is way more personal than self-serve counters that never seem to work properly at other locations.
They also collect food annually for donations to local food banks during the holidays. In the summer they have a bike rack which is very convenient for those who bike over.

This is one of my go to grocery shopping spots. It’s one of the few that has a fresh deli section (specifically if you like smoked turkey). They have the best selection of fruit. All of it is always good quality and often berries are on sale. They also carry fresh baked breads and beautiful cakes and pastries.

I personally love the small details like having your groceries bagged for you. I also love that they have large grocery carts shaped like tractors for those with young children and that they give balloons to young children at checkout. It’s small things like that that keep me coming back here. It’s a very clean store and the cashiers are always so friendly here.

Oh and they have a lunch selection of on the go foods.

I have to say, this IGA and the one on Harwood are excellent! The staff is always super friendly and super helpful! Very professional! Their produce is generally very fresh, prices are fair, especially on sale. But like I said, I am always very impressed with the employees, they go above and beyond! Polite and efficient, it actually looks like they care about their jobs, and care that you are a customer that will keep returning.

This is probably the largest IGA or grocery store period I’ve ever seen. Very modern interior and extensive variety of products. Seem to be somewhat understaffed though, only three checkout lines open, of nearly a dozen.

Very nice store, big ans friendly staff. They have a lot of take our foods also.

I just had a great experience at the fruit and vegetables counter. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the employee but she did a great job with a smiley face.

I love our local IGA, clean and the selection vast. If you need to make any phone calls do it prior to going inside. Cell reception is almost nil once inside, you’ll be luck if you get 1 bar.

Terrific IGA with very helpful staff

I have been their customer for more than 25 years. Staff is friendly and efficient. When there was a problem with merchandise not 100%, it was taken back and exchanged or reimbursed immediately. My favoured store in the neigbourhood.

I've had such hard time to find Maple water, Mr Patry made sure to always have some in stock! Now we do most of our shopping there. Great customer service

This place has excellent customer service. Shoutout to Lexie, who helped us with our Sonic theory over the phone. Unfortunately they do not have hay so we will never know if Tom and his wife would of survived the fall into the barn from the San Francisco building in the 2020 Sonic the Hedgehog movie.

If you want great service go and see Ben at the butcher department. He will marinated and spice up your steak on the spot . Super service and thank you very much!!!

Very nice store, always a good supply of everything, if you don't see something that you would like, just ask M. Party because the next time you go it's probably there! He is always happy to be of help!

My mother was in isolation at her seniors home after one of the nurses tested positive for Covid. She had run out of food. I live and work in Western Canada. Melissa and the management at IGA went out of their way to provide assistance and get food out to my mother ASAP. They continu to assist her on a regular basis. Can't say enough about the service at this IGA. MERCI!

Excellent IGA - owner if often there, staff is nice and knowledgeable and doesnt shy away from helping. Fresh produce is always fresh and butcher is extremely helpful.

We shop at this location about once a week. Staff are friendly and store is very clean, which is nice to see these days!!
