We were very pleased with the quality of the chicken at this location. It was fresh and crispy - not greasy. Service was great, as well.

This restaurant is brand new! Store is clean food is fresh and staff are awesome.

Used drive thru you need to go behind the gas station part to it. The staff was quick helpful even checked if I needed anything else the food was fresh and hot. I was abit shocked at how the legs where larger then my previous visit a few years ago. I expect to return. It's a conversion place so inside seemed cramped hence the drive thru. Some of the items are costly like those buckets so I would advise eyeing the deals.

Honestly it's probably the best KFC in a 40mins range.

Lets keep it simple ite KFC. Its good to satisfy a craving and is a clean restaurant yes the service can be lacking it is what seems to be run by kids. Food is what you expect. Its a go to last minute lazy cooking night

Last time I went, I presented a coupon that I ensured was valid for their store. Noticed that the gravy wasn’t included with the food I received, despite it saying it came with the mail on the coupon. They said that the coupon was wrong, and charged me separately for the gravy…not impressed

Presented coupon for two 3 piece meals. Got home and both boxes only had 2 pieces of chicken. Not alot of fries either. Check your orders before leaving.

I would recommend anyone to steer clear of this establishment, second time going to get the slowest and worst service. The employees don’t care about quality or customer service, constantly on their phones in the kitchen, sanitation must not be their priority as the hands touching the food was not washed between that and their phones!!

Got an extremely stale box of boneless chicken the food tasted very very salty and stale like it’s been reheated, nothing was crispy! The order was also wrong after ordering onion rings they charged us an extra dollar for but when we got home there was fries instead!!

Got extremely sick after the food as well will not be coming back and recommend anyone to stay away!!

Absolutely devastated by my experience at this location and the customer service.
had some trouble with my mobile order so I called the # they provided (CS rep) and experienced atrocious behaviour, they also ONLY have 1 customer service rep??
anyways I’m out $50 and I promise to never go there again.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. KFC is a thing in the past.

I would put no stars if i could. we came in at 7:45 and ordered the onions rings and white pieces of chicken with our meals. the girl couldnt sell us the onion rings because she couldnt find where the button was. She also couldnt sell us the white chicken because they close at 10 and she didnt want to open a white bag of meat. this is the worst incompetent kfc worker weve ever seen. when we asked her to call her manager, she claims he didnt pick up the phone. definitly not going back.

Too expensive, crazy priced, skin comes right off, too salty. I prefer other KFC. I love KFC but not this one...

Do not stop here unless you don't have plans for the night. Took over an hour to get one burger for real.

N'allez jamais au poulet frit Kentucky à Beloeil ce sont une gang de voleurs de de moqueurs. Mon frère est revenu avec un 18 morceaux donc un pilon et 3 petits morceaux et 14 ailes de poulet aux prix de 18 morceaux. Vous ne pouvez jamais les rejoindre par téléphone car ça ne fonctionne vraiment pas puisque c'est un message enregistré. Donc cela me fait grandement du bien de vous dire la vérité de ce que l'on a vécu et de plus les 2 autres fois que mon frère a été au paravent était aussi pire. Fermez-moi svp ce restaurant plein d'huiles. 14 ailes de poulet remplis de morceaux de gras.

Pfk, tu ma brisé le coeur pour la dernière fois. Après avoir dépenser 55$ pour un 10 morceaux plus 3 accompagnement, les 2 sauce son brûler et ne goût pas du tous comes que l'ont es habitué, les frites son tellement salé que après 2 frite tu es pas capable et veux boire 2L de eau ( et cela vient de quelqu'un qui rajoute du sel et poivre normalement l'océan est moins salé... en plus que ils son froide 4 minute après recevoir..le poulet...les pièces qui son en haut je vais donner ils étais très bon, mes le font du baril à ¾" de huile...malheureusement ses la dernière fois pour moi perte de argent et de souper
