All the techs were very polite and professional. They explained everything as they went along and answered all my questions. Cleaned everything up when they were done.

On Friday we had a visit from ServicePlus heating and cooling to look at our air conditioning unit as it quit cooling. We were super impressed with the technician (Matt) that came out to diagnose the problem. He not only told us the issue, he presented us with options for every budget. We were even more impressed when we learned the repair would be made the next business day.
The team of technicians (Jordan and Justin) were awesome! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They were diligent in their work, kept us informed, and listened to our input. The job ended with everything better than when they arrived with properly placed ductwork and new equipment installed with more efficiency than the previous setup. Extremely happy customers!

I have been very pleased with the ServicePlus Heating and Cooling from when they installed our new heating and cooling system two years ago. The system has worked flawlessly and ServicePlus continues to provide regular but not intrusive support, including our most recent annual servicing. Our experience is the entire team is pleasant, efficient and good to work with.

So happy I went with this company. Chadwick was the technician and I can't thank him enough for being so personable and taking time to explain things. He fixed my thermostat and serviced my furnace checked in and out of the house. So affordable and I signed up for a monthly plan where I get an annual check up each year and a great price! Highly recommend.

Our furnace was having some issues, I called ServicePlus Heating and Cooling, the first appointment they made with us was cancelled (they got weighleighed at another job earlier in the day).

However, they set up a second appointment with us, and on a Saturday at that too.

The two gentlemen got our furnace working again in a timely manner.

And answered any questions and concerns we had about our furnace.

Our ancient hot water tank decided to die on us the day we were hosting Christmas dinner. Of course. A family member recommended ServicePlus Heating and Cooling, so we gave them a call. Within 24 hours of that first call, we had a new (and so much better!) hot water tank installed and the old junk of junk removed, all done at a very competitive price. The customer service offered by this company - from the office staff to the technicians - are unparalleled, for ANY industry. Leading up to our decision to use ServicePlus for a major investment the company was always responsive and helpful answering our questions and addressing any concerns. Andrew and his team demonstrated utmost professionalism installing our new HVAC system in our house. They went out of their way to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction and explained/demonstrated the systems in easy to understand terms, so we’ve had no trouble using the HVAC since. Highly recommend.

Andrew (the owner) is extremely friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. Having previously worked in the trades I’m always a little skeptical having work done from someone I don’t know, however, spending only a few minutes chatting with Andrew you can tell he really knows what he is talking about. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, was able to repair the issue immediately and was very reasonably priced. Will absolutely use his services again!

the experience with Service Plus H&C has been nothing short then pleasant and professional. The pre service was attentive and the the window on delivery of service was on point (Khianna). Shout out to Mitchell the technician that came to complete the repair he was exceptional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I am always sceptical of companies with a five star review but from start to finish I was actually blown away with the customer service provided. Our furnace broke down two days before Christmas. I called and they sent out two techs that diagnosed the issue and provided me with all my options to get back up and running. These tech were so knowledgeable and up front about everything. I had pre spoken to a friend who works in this industry and he told me what needed to be done. Not once did they try to take advantage of me even though they could have. I ended up choosing to replace my furnace and was set up with an appointment the next day (Christmas eve). Andrew can out set everything up and got everything running. He even had to come back Christmas Day to complete a few things. He made sure we had a say in how things would be set up and oriented so that it worked for us even if it was the longer harder way. Everything is now up and running and we are so happy with the final product installed and the service that was provided. I have to get an air conditioner and duct cleaning done this spring and will be for sure reaching out here first. Thank you all for the amazing service and getting us back online with such short notice.

We wanted to replace the older furnace in a mid-century house we just purchased. Andrew is courteous and displayed excellent knowledge about heating systems inspiring confidence. He described the available furnaces and optional equipment, explaining their pros and cons without pressure. He arrived on time, completed the work within the estimated time and left the furnace room clean and tidy. (And located the furnace switch which we couldn’t find, and labelled it!).The cost was precisely was he quoted. After a few days the furnace is running efficiently and is much quieter than the old furnace as promised. Andrew gave us a rundown of the work performed,what regular maintenance we need to do and he even programmed the thermostat for us.

We may need to replace the air conditioner this summer and we will definitely be calling Andrew back for AC service.

Our Enviro Gas Stove (27 years old) was not responding to the remote. Fixed in short order and the stove was serviced and cleaned for a very reasonable rate. Service was on time and price was as quoted. We would really recommend ServicePlus for honesty and integrity. (ps, homemade butter tarts are appreciated)

After a previous disappointing maintenance service call to a local HVAC company in our town last year, we were in that uncomfortable position when our AC stopped working in very hot and humid weather and two days before Canada Day. We took a chance on calling Service Plus, and we are so glad we did! Andrew not only made the time to come out and see us the next day, but he went through a thorough assessment of our system. He took the time in fully informing us as to exactly what was wrong with it, which fortunately for us was a small fix, gave us the information on how old our system was, and also advised us what to expect over the next few years.

Andrew was professional and provided us with a probable estimate prior to his visit, even though it was sight unseen, and we understood that it could of been much more serious. However, his quote was spot on, and he also provided us a one year HVAC Maintenance Agreement, which they had a special on at the time and we took it without hesitation.

As many know, after a bad experience with a well known and local contractor, one is always hesitant to reach out to someone unknown, but we feel fortunate to have found Andrew/Service Plus, and we highly recommend his services.

Saturday we woke up to no heat. After numerous resets of the furnace we called ServicePlus. The call center had a tech call me back and I was able to try and troubleshoot a couple of simple things. After that led nowhere a service call was arranged for the same day. They confirmed an arrival window and then arrived on time. Issue was dealt with in only a few minutes. He spent time explaining how the fault had most likely come to be and what to look for in case of a reoccurance. The furnace is 7yrs old and preventative maintenance plans were talked about. Cost for repair was under 150 taxes in. Keep in mind, no parts were required however I had not the knowledge or specialized test equipment to verify the problem. They will be our future go to for anything furnace related. I would highly recommend them.

Professional, polite, punctual, and patient with questions concerning the installation, function and warranty—these guys are excellent. Andrew and his crew, Kief (I think I spelled that correctly) and Zach are people you can feel comfortable having in your house—respectful and professional. Although it was just Andrew and Kief that did my installation I know how well the entire crew works together since I worked at a jobsite where they also worked, installing 8 furnaces, AC units, and on-demand water heaters. I trust these guys and would definitely hire them again.
