Wow such a magical place filled with nature at its finest. Our friends (and pets) had the absolute best time staying at the Closs Crossing Guest House. Not only is the property absolutely pristine, but the little extra touches our hosts provided (like a homemade carrot cake) really made it special. The river by cottage is perfect for both fishing and floating and we were so thankful they provided kayaks and other water devices for us to get the best use of the river possible. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an escape in nature, in a wonderful home with plenty of outdoor activities.

The property was absolutely beautiful! Our host was so gracious with any assistance but gave lots of space. There were many beautiful and thoughtful touches through the cottage that made our stay fun and effortless. I would recommend this cottage and to work with Closs Crossing anytime!

Absolutely loved our recent stay at the Treehouse! Stunning cottage, right on the water and the most amazing hosts! The cottage is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. We loved spending our days by the water and taking in every moment together. Cannot wait to go back again!

Felt like home ❤ exceptionally clean, didn’t have to pack as much items because everything was here , best part was there was enough kayaks for everyone ! Absolute heaven! Spent 3 incredible nights at Closs Crossing and enjoyed every minute. The grounds are immaculate, the home is spotless and the views breathtaking. Our welcome homemade carrot cake was delicious! Our hosts Alison and James were welcoming and very kind. I’m already booked again for next year.

Closs Crossing knows how to make you feel at home. So many details and so much care goes into the homes. We have stayed at The Guest House and The Loft! The Guest House is so well appointed. Games, books, Croquet, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. The hot tubs are kept extra clean and hot. I really can’t say enough about the details and the comfort of the Closs Crossing rentals. The loft is really romantic and sooo cute! We love it and will be back again next year and hopefully for many many years to come.

The Loft is fantastic. Cozy and clean with impeccable decor. The outdoor deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. The hot tub is ready to melt your cares away. And if that’s not enough there’s the fire pit by the water to take in the breeze. The cuddle chair is so comfy I’m now convinced I must have one at home! All this and there’s a dishwasher! Alison is available for anything you might need, but she seems to have thought of it all already, including a welcoming treat and of course the dogs aren’t left out either with some treats of their own.

I fell in love with this place from the pictures and I wasn't disappointed. It is as beautiful and peaceful as it looks. The impeccable attention to detail is everywhere you look. The space is beautifully laid out, cozy and welcoming. The carrot cake, seemingly homemade was absolutely delicious. The bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I have slept on. The shower is amazing. The tree house is such a special addition. From the serenity and calm you feel walking in and the history behind it. I could go on and on. If they would let me stay, I would never leave! Also there is a wandering neighborhood peacock who visits regularly!

Had the best time! A wonderful escape from the city. We loved the drive along Highway 7. Sleeping in the little cabin was such a treat. The entire property was well equipped and super comfy!

I spent a girls weekend at the guest house at closs crossing and it was such a wonderful time! Alison and James were both so accomodating. They ensured we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. The house is absolutely stunning. You can tell how much hard work and love has gone into making this place a beautiful home away from home. Their decorations make the place all come together and really reflect their personality. The location of the cabin is so private with all the trees around with a beautiful waterfront view. It's a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Closs Crossing. This was the third stay for one member in our group and she always compares it to being welcomed by a warm hug. You will be surrounded by trees, birds and nature. It is super clean, the beds are amazingly comfortable and all the personal touches make you feel right at home. Highly recommend it!

Our stay at Closs Crossing was absolutely wonderful. The loft is beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. My husband and I both said it was the most relaxing trip we have ever had. If I could give this Airbnb more than 5 stars, I would.

The perfect get away....comfy beds, beautiful 😍 views & exceptional hosts. The decor is unique and charming, & all of the details were thought of - down to the record player with the vintage record collection! Loved every minute and I would highly recommend.

This is our second stay at Closs Crossing, and we plan on many more visits. These rentals are stocked with everything you might need and more. They’re also dog friendly, so we can vacation with the whole family!

We had such a great stay in November at the cabin treehouse. We went for a girls weekend and never left the property. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials including tasty coffee. All the bed rooms were extremely comfortable and we noticed every little detail that went into decorating this place. We had the best time simply eating, chatting, hot tubbing, and exploring the property. Thanks Ali and James!

My friends and I had the opportunity to stay at the Guest House at Closs Crossing in November to celebrate my 50th birthday.

Alison and James have taken great care in ensuring their guests have the best experience while staying at their property. Immaculately clean home with tons of personal touches throughout, a delicious carrot cake awaiting us when we arrived, fully stocked kitchen all you have to bring is your food, luxuries like a wine fridge, dishwasher, rainfall shower head, and Netflix are just some of the features that await you. Several relaxing times in the hot tub were enjoyed. Didn't get around to using the bonfire pit but plan to on my next visit.

After a wonderful sleep in super comfy beds waking up to enjoy a coffee over looking the lake is a great way to start the day. Enjoyed watching a variety of birds enjoying the seeds left for them in the bird feeder outside the kitchen window.

Very much looking forward to returning in the summer to stay at The Loft with my fiance to experience more that Closs Crossing has to offer including dock on the lake, kayaking and drinks on the patio with the white lights strung casting a calming glow.
