Dr Hafezi is the best! He was able to see me in a very short notice with great patience. He is so knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. Everyone in the office is also so friendly and helpful, they took great care of me. The surgery was fast and painless, I am completely recovered in a few hours. Deep gratitude for you all.

I’m scared of nothing but DENTISTs! But Dr. Ash has changed that for me! Such a fantastic experience: from the friendly staff to the rockstar himself, this was for sure the best dental experience I’ve had so far. Dr. Ash was super kind and understanding about my situation - he took the time to explain everything for me and the entire procedure was so painless I almost took a nap! Dr.Ash is definitely the person to see for a root canal . His experience and knowledge is definitely a 10/10. He diagnosed my pain immediately and performed my root canal quickly and without a single bit of pain . His entire office is thoughtful, professional and very caring . During the procedure, he and Bell were checking on me. I felt very safe and my initial fear of a root canal quickly dissipated. I was in so much pain and the moment he started working on my pain disappeared. From that moment on, my tooth has been virtually pain free. I cannot truly explain The level of expertise and professionalism that Dr.Ash and his office displayed to me . And the view is pretty amazing as well.

This review is long overdue, but so deserved, for one of the best dental clinics I’ve ever visited.

Just a few days after fainting and suffering a pretty traumatic fall, I was referred to Dr Ash. I had suffered head and facial injuries, my two front teeth had been shunted backwards and I had a hole in my lip.
Needless to say, I was feeling rather vulnerable and sore!

The care, compassion and generosity Dr Ash and his whole team showed me, was second to none.
Dr Ash managed to save and realign my two front teeth, complete 2 root canals and prevent discolouration, all while being as gentle as possible and truly kind to me, the whole time.

I cannot thank the entire team at Vancouver Endo Centre enough. I feel lucky I was referred to the best.

Dr. Hafezi was fantastic. The procedure did not take long even though I had a complicated tooth. So thankful I was able to get in sooner than originally planned. Great view from the north face windows and relatively easy parking experience for street parking. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

I was referred to Dr. Hafezi after a Dentist was not able to complete a root canal because a piece of one of their tools detached and got stuck in one of my canals. Dr. Hafezi was straight with me and told me he could still do the root canal but it would be a 50/50 on whether the tooth would get infected later down the road. I chose to just extract the tooth but expressed that I was scared due to a traumatic experience extracting another tooth in the past. I was also in a time crunch because I had a trip scheduled the same week. Shirley, the receptionist was amazing. She worked hard to secure an appointment for me to get my tooth extracted with sedation before I went on my trip and I am so grateful as I was suffering in pain.

Dr. Hafezi and the staff here have always been so patient and caring, addressing all my concerns and making sure I am okay. I have bad anxiety but he still does an exceptional job with my dental work and has saved me from getting serious pain again. I can’t thank him enough for his caring and kind approach.

Root canal procedure was done with the most care. Dr. Hafezi was very careful and ensured I was comfortable. I felt very little pain and was very impressed with the process from start to finish. The clinic is run very well and the location is good. I recommend pay more to go here.

The whole process was efficient, and there was great care for my comfort which I appreciated a lot. I had a root canal on my back tooth, which is big, but the process was smooth with no pain. Dr. hafezi is the most caring doctor I’ve ever seen! He is the BEST Endodontic specialist in Vancouver. I had a bad experience at my dentist a few days ago before I found Dr. hafezi. My dentist opened up my teeth and tried to perform a root canal treatment, but she failed to do it because I was in so much pain. She gave me more freezings, but still didn’t work. Then she told me to toughen it up and just let her finish. I was so shocked by her reaction and she didn’t care about how I was feeling and she was very impatient. She told me that if I continue to react to the pain, then she’s going to stop the treatment and just close it with a temporary filling. I told her I couldn’t continue because it hurt so badly. She closed it but didn’t care how I would feel after the freezings are gone. I was in panic and scared because I know that I’m going to experience way more pain after the freezings are gone. I would never go back to her. Her name is Dr. Hannah Lee. She doesn’t care about her patients and lack of experiences. So as expected, I was in so much pain at night. So I contacted Dr. hafezi the next day which is a weekend. I was very surprised that he took my call on a weekend. I told him my situation and he gave me recommendations to help me with the pain right away. Then he booked me in as an emergency patient. He scheduled me in first thing on Monday and treated me the same afternoon. He did my root canal treatment in less than two hours and I was completely pain free. The whole process was so smooth and painless. He is very professional and cares how the patient feels. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family who need a root canal treatment! Great experience with him and Dr. Hafezi is the doctor to go to.

Dr. Ashkan Hafezi was great. This was my first root canal and I didn't know what to expect.You hear horror stories online from people who's had root canals done. He answered all my questions and was very professional even though some of my questions were probably pretty basic. Everything went smoothly and was in no pain at all even after the freezing wore off.

My experience at this dental centre was excellent. I get very anxious when going to the dentist and about 3 days ago I was experiencing severe tooth pain. Of course with Covid-19 my dentist was not working. I phoned him and he was fantastic and set me up with Dr. Hafezi. As I got to the office I was extremely nervous and Shirley, the office administrator put me right at ease. I received the freezing and was feeling a bit faint and Shirley brought me an apple juice. When Dr Hafezi started drilling on my root canal I started to have a panic attack. He talked me through it and before I knew it the root canal was finished. That was yesterday and I now have no nerve pain. Thank you so much!!!!

Stellar service! Staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Hafezi was quick to respond to my post root canal inquiries even if it’s on a weekend. Staff called me to see how am I doing post surgery and even Dr. Hafezi himself would check on me via txt message. That’s what you call customer service! Kudos to everyone in your clinic!

Were so cautious and helpful with my tooth in extreme pain managed to get me in for an emergency same day appointment, so caring and all very very nice staff thank you so much dr hafezi for getting me out of pain so quick and for making the whole procedure so fast and painless!!
