I love Zellers, so happy to see it again!!! I hope it continues to transform back into what it used to be and more locations start popping up. Please come take back this Walmart by my place, Zellers was better!

Good popup but I would have like to see more space dedicated to Zellers and a little more distinction between where HBC ends & Zellers starts.

But despite what some other reviewers may say, the prices are very reasonable and there's a decent selection of housewares. Overall, I enjoyed the waves of nostalgia and finding some great deals.

Was disappointed that Zellers now is nothing more than a warehouse for items the Bay can't sell!!! Nothing was inexpensive, even with the discounts! The clothes looked like bad rejects from the 70s and 80s. It did give us a good chuckle however!

Had a chance today to visit the Zellers store at the Cambridge mall. I must say what a terrible awful attempt to reboot Zellers. In my honest opinion you should have brought back the whole store as a department store the size of a Wal-Mart. There is so much that you could've done better. You could've put a sport department in and food section and a proper clothing department for everyone not just kids and women. And with Canada going through a recession, your prices should entice buyers to come in and not be priced at Hudson Bay prices. Maybe the marketing department should have done better research and then they could have brought back the restaurant in the store and the marketing department should have learned from the failure of Target. Learn from this and done a way better job of bringing back Zellers brand. I must say your only competition now is Wal-Mart and now that Sears is gone and Giant tiger is not as popular, you should take advantage of this market and price better.

Honestly Canada as a whole lacks department stores that are affordable. Where just a short drive and you cross the border, you have Target, massive Wal-Marts and Kohls and Wegmans. With there selection is massive. So much improvement could be done to win buyers back to Canadian department store's.

Take this advice and move forward. Do the research, do the urban population research and try to appeal to Canadian Shoppers in an affordable way. Remember we're in a recession. Price accordingly to bring massive amounts of revenue. And make Shoppers feel that there getting a good price.

Also, your online platform has way more stuff available, but not everyone has a computer, especially seniors.

Again build a store and bring everything back. Seniors love trolling thru stores and having that experience.

Zellers tried its best to come back again carrying the same concept as the old Zellers but unfortunately it is not the same. It is too expensive.

What a dump so disappointed. I used to love the zellers but now it’s just all junk. It’s too bad I was so looking forward to the store opening but I won’t be going back.

Sad attempt at coming back. Such a small section, and most of that was clearance clothing.

Should have never come back to Canada
