We are renovating our bathrooms and we found everything we needed there, they have beautiful staff 🤩. “Serban” helped us with the sale, he was very nice, helpful and patient.

Ahmed was amazing. Helped my husband and I with all our questions. He went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable about the products we asked about and was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. We are very pleased with our purchases.

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products, helping me find exactly what I was looking for and even suggesting some great alternatives.

What stood out the most was Serban's friendly and approachable demeanor. They made me feel valued as a customer, taking the time to listen to my needs and ensuring I left the store completely satisfied. Their professionalism and genuine care for customers are truly commendable.

Today l was at the store to order a couple of remaining items for my bathroom that were out of stock. Karan from the Cambridge store was really amazing and very kind checking with every store in the 50 km proximity of Cambridge for any cancelled orders that can warrant the items l was missing. Although l couldn't find the items in stock anywhere, the great customer service provided by Karan today has made me leave with satisfaction and content. Bath depot certainly has some great standards for its staff and it certainly shows through their courtesy and care. Thanks Karan for the great help!

My wife and i are looking to remodel our on suite bathroom. We werent exactly sure what we wanted so we were looking for someone that can help us. The general manager Serban was very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with in finding what we needed. Serban took the time to show us different options and narrow down what worked with our budget. I would recommend Bath Depot to anyone on the fence.

The selection of products is great and the store manager, Serban, is exceptionally helpful. You would be hard pressed to find any other store in the Guelph, KW or Cambridge area that provides this wide a variety of tubs, vanities and other products in their showroom.

Recently visited this location to explore for a washroom renovation. The customer service was outstanding. We were assisted by a gentleman named Serban who was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we communicated our dream washroom. He truly went above and beyond to make his customers feel valued. Will certainly be visiting this store for all my future needs in bathroom supplies and renovations!
