I was referred to her by a neighbour... I was excited to go. She is very busy so we agreed to an appt a month later. I was willing to wait for my appt. When I showed up she had no recollection, no notes nothing. She didn't even try to reschedule me or to invite me to fit me at a later date. She obviously does not need new clients. I can't tell if she's any good as a hairdresser but she certainly stinks at taking appointments. That's for sure! If you booked stg with her, make sure to confirm your appointment prior your date. I wasted a month waiting!
