For a fast food location, breakfast was great, served hot on a real plate with a knife and fork. Food was brought to our table. Small location but a great food and friendly service. Check it out if you are going through Smiths Falls.

Always good quality. The burger was perhaps a little underdone for me, but the A&W has a convenient drive through.

Purchased a breakfast combo for the first time in a while, the price was very affordable
for the meal. I was asked to pull ahead and they would bring it out to me. The staff was polite. The food was hot and I could see there was actually an egg on the bun I didn't have to check like some of the competion.
My new go to breakfast place. Thanks to the staff for taking the time to make my breakfast out an enjoyable one!

Fantastic...breakfast combo was Fresh, Hot and on Special 😍 Does it get any better? Yes!! The gas station attendant and the young lady on the A&W counter were friendly and helpful and quick!! It's so nice to see places that still care about the customers 😁

I stopped going to A&W many years ago because their fries were horrible. I decided a couple of years ago to give them another try. The fries are now, in my opinion, the best in the fast food industry. The only problem tonight was that the ketchup was very watery. I could literally pour it out of the little paper cup.

Really friendly staff, food is up to A&W standards. Restaurant is clean, even had treats for our 2 dogs. Very deserving of support from the Smith Falls community!

Absolutely amazing service, Amazing people, and amazing food. The food is always hot and ready, the drinks are also really good(I mainly come for the drinks cause they are so good). Even tho it's attached to a convenient store, they all get along pretty well and I never see a phone in sight. I really recommend these guys and girls. Always a smile on your face, and if your having a bad day, these guys can make ur day brighter by just a smile :).

Reliable great service. Polite and pleasant staff. Never had a sloppy drowned burger (I do always ask for no mayo). Food has always been hot. If it has been busy, the staff asks us to park around the front they bring it piping hot to us when ready. Don't recall waiting for that more than a few minutes. Recommend for the service and food (keep in mind it is a fast food joint).

I almost forgot I was eating at food place because of the service. The gentleman working as the cashier/order for sit in on Monday, May 1st around 11:30-11:45am was exceptional! He went around to each table and served the food to us and other patrons. He also went around and asked if the food was ok. He also asked if we needed another chair. I also overheard him and another table and he brought them cream for their coffee. Like restaurant service! Also, food was hot and freshly made.

They have frosty mugs for the root beer. Fries are great. Good service.. Better than McDonald's by far. Less busy too. Can get gas here on way out.

Delicious, hot and fresh. Used a coupon for free fries. Thought we'd try out the new location.

Brian took our order, he's a gem. Super kind and attentive. Takes pride in his work. Made the visit that much nicer. Thanks Brian!
