Little Sparrow Spa and Wellness BnB

Marta and Keith are wonderful welcoming hosts. This is a relatively new venture so we were a bit hesitant to book. Much to our surprise, this place was better then we expected. An amazing location with water views and right across the street from endless beaches. The Hot tub was heaven in fact I could have spent the whole trip in there! Food was amazing and the hosts always wanted to know what we liked and when we wanted it. Very upscale rooms with a private feel. We are definitely going back before summer.

Awesome! I spent the weekend with a group of women and left feeling rejuvenated and content. The entire place is immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The ocean view and access to the beach is unbeatable. I found the sound of the waves from my room particularly soothing and a great way to enhance my meditation as I often struggle with monkey brain.

The hosts were friendly, informative and attentive. Without being intrusive, they seemed to anticipate our every need. We were served amazing vegan breakfasts and snacked on the leftover fruit, fresh muffins or loaf later in the day.

The Little Sparrow really is a great place to unwind and reconnect with yourself and nature. I continue to feel emotionally and spiritually invigorated.

I recently had a wonderful visit to the Little Sparrow Spa on the Sunshine Coast and highly recommend it! It's right beside the beach and beautifully set up with a hot tub, a wood-burning dry sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, an infrared sauna, and an icy natural plunge pool which are all available to use! The rooms are clean and inviting, there's a huge fireplace and library for relaxing in, and the kitchen is accessible and grand! The hosts Marta and Keith are great folks, friendly and accommodating and ready to help. We stayed at Little Sparrow in early January and had a fabulous time.
The location was perfect - near the beach where you could hear the waves crashing on to shore and you can walk forever in the sand.
We were very comfortable in our room and the house had everything you would ever need.
Marta and Keith were fantastic hosts and made sure we had a great experience. Excellent food, good walks and lots of relaxation.
We are coming back for sure.

Visited the Little Sparrow Spa this past weekend with my girlfriends for my birthday. It was fabulous!! Ocean views from the bedrooms (most)... comfy beds and fabulous hosts. Marta and Keith were so welcoming and kind. We were totally pampered the whole weekend. The outside hot tub, sauna, steam room were sooooo great. You can lie in the sauna and stare at the ocean - it really is so beautiful. I definitely recommend this place!!

My family and I stayed at Little Sparrow Spa for a few days during this past Christmas holidays. We had a lovely time, the house is beautiful and so well decorated, warm and comfortable. Aall the rooms are very inviting and stylishly decorated. The whole property has such a calming and relaxed feeling with lots of spacious common areas to enjoy together but large enough to give us all space when needed. The Spa facilities are great, we loved the huge outdoor hot tub, the wood sauna and some of us even braved the plunge pool. The place was incredibly clean and we got treated to delicious home cooked breakfast every morning. During the day we enjoyed walking on the ocean admiring the seals and sea lions, listening to the eagles high in the trees. The whole property is beautiful highly recommended and we are hoping to come back again next year.

Ocean front Little Sparrow Spa is a peaceful haven not to be missed. The interior decoration is tasteful and the beds very comfortable. Marta and Keith took such a good care of us. I came back to the city rejuvenated and relaxed after experiencing the wood burning dry sauna, the steam room, the infrared sauna and the hot tub! I highly recommend this place!

I had a girls weekend in February 2020 and OMG I was in BLISS! The hosts, Marta and Keith were so hospitable and welcoming:) The rooms are immaculate, comfortable beds , deliciously made breakfasts and coffee every morning provided by the Host. Let alone the view, the peaceful serenity, footsteps to the beach and the luxury of your own spa retreat! I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, steam room, sauna , fresh water bath and infrared sauna....endless possibilities!! Two nights is perfect but longer is worthwhile! I am definitely coming back and staying longer! It’s like a Scandinavian spa experience but more intimate and private.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So peaceful and relaxing.
