I had a great experience at this Post office. They went above and beyond for me while I need some help with an address mail redirect. They were better than most retail stores in Bolton.

I have been to this post office a couple of times. I'm new to the area and I have to say the lady behind the counter is kind and helpful.

Today the Lady at the front desk gave amazing customer service…..

Very helpful and sell coins stamps and more collectibles

Helpful and courteous staff. Only 2 street parking spots available - very hard to get parking.

Never really had any issues.

Unfortunate to have to leave such a low review. The ladies who used to work at this location were above and beyond fantastic…. The new staff just don’t seem to care. Also, the two wheel chair access automatic door buttons don’t work. When brought to the attention of the staff they brushed it off and the only response I received was “oh”…. I will say though…. In comparison to the location at the recall in Bolton, this one is much better and there is always someone to help you.

Open times are different than what it says. They're closed all weekend.

The people working in this office are patronizing, rude liars.

Extremely rude service today by an older gentleman. I’ve been here before and never had an issue. Although I’ve never been served by him. He would not let me use a strip of tape for an item I needed to return. He wanted me to buy it for $2.99 for one strip. I explained that I only needed a bit and there was another time that someone did it for me. His response “well they aren’t supposed to”. What? Not supposed to be nice? I get I have to buy an envelope or a box etc., but a strip of tape? Are you kidding me? The item I had was not large by any means and I just needed a bit. It’s been a tough 2 years for everyone. A little kindness never hurt anyone. I was not asking for much. A little tape wouldn’t have killed him and I’m sure he wouldn’t have lost his job over it. If you ever read this sir, I hope you show a little kindness to the next person you encounter.

These guys close whenever they feel like it pretty much. Not only are the times wrong like mentioned by other people, but they closed it down on a day it was -4 because of weather. We're in Canada and it's winter come on now. Edit: also there are only 2 parking spots and the worker parked right in the middle of two spots. I asked her if she could move, she just got out and left

On Monday, I showed up to buy a stamp at the Bolton location, on King Street, at 5:40 pm and the door was locked and the staff were inside almost finished mopping the floor. The sign on the door said they were suppose to be open until 5:45 pm. The staff just ignored me. I am very disappointed because I rushed to make it there on time!

Rushed to make it by closing time, only to find out they closed at least 45 minutes early for no apparent reason. Very unreliable location.

Went to post office on Friday, they were closed at 445 not 545 as posted.

So irritating, they close at 7pm on Thursday’s, I guess not Thursday April 23rd where I was there at 6:15pm to pick up a parcel and the lights were off and the store was locked

What kind of hours are these.

the worst! I sent two envelopes to the same place one got there, and the other one not, any explanation! just nothing to do.
completely impolite . nothing to do and done!
