I would like to comment on Jason who works in the Post Office. Jason knows the products and always makes recommendations that work better for me when I'm shipping items, always friendly, professional, goes above and beyond, thank you Jason, Elena

Hi All,

I never have any problems at this post office location, staff Jason and other reps are friendly and helpful! Especially Jason, always has a positive vibe and with a friendly smile. Yes, sometime they do have a sign posted for their break time. It is normal when there is only one staff at this location.

This location needs to hire at least another person so while one takes a break, other is there. Very inconvenient location.

I've been to this location many times and many times they had to close early for whatever reason. It's so frustrating how many times I've had to go back a second time. They should have more staff working there.

Very rude old lady working (or manager). She lied and said she doesn't have any tape in her shop so that she doesn't help with sealing my package. Instead gave me a roll of white labels to use. I had to use it although it wasn't good at all. On the other side of the table there was tens of packages sealed with tape. This was really humiliating and disrespectful. Not going there again. I prefer UPS.

If you plan on actually using the services don’t come to this location. The hours of operation change daily with no notification. Workers always seem to be on break with zero coverage. Doesn’t matter what day or time of day. I don’t think they realize that through the day people are using their breaks time at work to go…. It’s a joke. They also are never open at night until the hours posted. I will however say that Jason who works there is great, super fast and efficient. Knows what he’s doing!

This location is never open when they are supposed to. Constantly closed for “technical difficulties”. Driven there many times during business hours to find the post office closed. It’s crazy

The person working there almost always puts up a sign every time I ship something. Or it’s closed with weird hours

No matter what time of day I go to drop of a parcel, I always seem to find a sign saying on break. Canada post should look into this as they are paying people to be on break all day.

Every time I come to this post office they have someone who’s working in slow motion. It blows my mind on a Saturday at Christmas time you have some one who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing working the desk.

After waiting 15 mins only two customers were served and there’s a line up of 8 people.

This post office needs a revamp of staff.

Also, I’ve come here before when no one is at the desk during working hour or it’s closed early without notice.

Hours posted closes at 9pm get there at 6 30pm already closed for the day.

Must be nice to close up shop when you feel like it.

Crazy everytime I come here they are on a long break.

Do not drop off mail in the post box outside. A return package I dropped in about a week ago has still not shown up in tracking, I had to drop in the box as the post office was very busy. I dropped another return package in the post box in Inglewood today and it has already been updated and is in transit. Do they even pick up the mail there???

apparently staff here make their own hours. went in at 4pm, they had a sign saying they were closed to the following day. it's not the first time this has happened. CALL BEFORE YOU GO!

The only reason I go to this post office and give it 1 star is for the convenience. The service is NOT good at all, and they are ALWAYS on a break during the worst times. I understand breaks and lunch are necessary, but its extra ridiculous and ONLY happens at this location. If you can, avoid this post office spot.

Had an important letter to send to the UK. It was returned for insufficient postage. The girl who served me did not do her job as a Canada post representative. Pretty irate to see it back in my mailbox and lost a week when it should have been at its destination.
