I ordered twice from Brit Shop in the past week and both deliveries were absolutely perfect. The items are very reasonably priced, there is a great selection and they arrived before expected - the week before Christmas! Selection is decent and it's fun to discover things on the shelf. Service is absolutely awful, the second we walked in we were greeted with someone yelling that if the item isn't on the shelf they don't have it. Maybe a hello and a smile first would be better.

The actual store is fantastic, I wish I could say the same for the online version, was trying to spend money having seen a FB advert, price $2.50 more than the ad, discount not applied at checkout, messaged company as it was a time sensitive offer, two days later still no response. They have great products, but just make it difficult to buy them
