We stopped by the store on Saturday and saw Francois in “Pro Service “ We told him that my EBike ( made by Gazelle ) had a broken chain link as a result of a recent move from Nova Scotia to Ontario. Francois asked if we had the bike with us as he was prepared to do what he could to help us out. We didn’t….. So… Monday morning we returned to the store and saw Martin in pro service and told him of our issue. We left the bike with him and he said he would do his best to repair the bike. Later in the day we received a phone that the bike was repaired and ready for pick up. GREAT service!!!!! We are definitely recommending this store. Also…upon entering the store we were greeted by friendly staff. Win Win!!

As a person of colour, and a consistent customer of this store, I can tell you 100% that the one-star reviews below are fake.

Great customer service, especially Chantal. She took the time and explain I was about to purchase the wrong bike. They even let me try a few different bikes just to make sure I was purchasing the right one. Needless to say I was very impressed especially when I left the store at 4 PM and added several different accessories to install on the bike which I wasn't even expecting them to install before the weekend and 2 hours later I get a call saying my bike is ready for pick up. Wow great service with great people to deal with. A big thank you to Chantal, Francois and Denis for all the great service.
