It's very convenient having a CP in our little Saint-Lazare community. The people who work there are always very nice, polite and get the job done.

People complain of long wait times, I blame the customers. If people would just figure out how to print their own labels online and use this as a drop-off (the way it should be) there would never be any line-ups.

Je n'habite pas saint-lazare mais en allant porter un colis au bureau de poste, on m'as accueilli avec un grand sourire et grande enthousiaste. Sans exagération, le monsieur a un très bon service à la clientèle, professionnelle.

La courtoisie et gentillesse du personnel sont toujours au rendez-vous. Tous mes colis sont envoyer à ce bureau postal maintenant . Merci pour votre service impeccable et pour votre support lorsque des problèmes se présentent .

I've always had very friendly and kind service, which I appreciate, but the hours at this location could be better. If you work full time during the week, you have to go on your lunch hour and forget about actually having lunch because you will spend most of it in a lineup. There just isn't enough staff to get through the volume of people quickly. The only other option is Saturday but they close at noon. Not very convenient for people who work all week and have many other things to get done on week-ends. It would be nice if they could stay open a bit later at least one day out of the week. It would help a lot!
