Joined this gym cause it really worked with my schedule. Have only been training here ever since because it's an amazing group of people. Coach Scott, Francis and Max are all WORLD class and even the kids class teacher Luca has high profile matches against superstars in the sport booked for the near future (seriously smart jiu jitsu mind). I can talk all day about how great the coaching is. The gym is also very clean and because it's so new it's a great time to get signed up and be a part of this small family, complete beginner or pro athlete alike. Also don't be fooled by the names of the classes just cause it doesn't say fundamentals or beginner doesn't mean it's not beginner friendly. Any class would be a good start.

Great gym with great coaches. They really care about their students and are always there to help. Perfect for beginners just starting their journey and veterans looking to improve their game. Great sparring sessions on Saturdays.

Best place in the West Island to learn Jiu Jitsu.
Francis and Scott are solid coaches with competitive backgrounds originating out of 10th Planet Montreal HQ with great knowledge to help you out whether you're just starting or are a seasoned competitor.

The gym itself is also beautiful with great mats and is a great place overall to learn grappling or level up your game.

Really nice facilities, and the vibe of the members and instructors is the best. Highly recommend. Francis and the others are beasts; if you want to learn solid jiu jitsu this is a great spot.
