I know nothing about meat and the right cut. They're always very helpful with answering my questions and never made me feel stupid for not knowing. They're very knowledgeable. Always telling you how to cook what you've bought with a smile on your face. Bonus, a cute pastry shop next door!

One of the best butchers around! I had done a party for my work which included around 40-45 people.e. I wanted to do something really special, so I looked into Beef Ribs. I had heard about this place through a colleague at work, when I had come to pick everything up, I was blown away the beef ribs were insanely thick and juicy and marinated as well. They took around 15 minutes to cook each, but once my work had some all of them praised it, was one of the best ribs we'd ever have people are still talking about it today! I highly highly recommend this place it is very much worth it and price is exceptional!

Great meats at fair prices. The cuts are way better than at the grocery store. Also, their home-made spaghetti sauce is amazing!

Poulet général thao avec sauce est succulent. Grillades très bonnes et juste la bonne grosseur. On nous donne toujours un bon service.

Que des bons commentaires à laisser suite à ma première visite. Nous avons acheter un beau gros morceau d'agneau. En leur expliquant nos intentions avec le morceau en question on nous a donné des conseils éducatifs très pertinents, ce qui fût la bienvenue. L'une des bouchères, Sabrina, nous a offert un service impeccable, accompagné de ses précieux conseils. Je suis membre Costco et je crois que je vais cesser d'acheter ma viande là car celle-ci a une meilleure qualité marchande à mon opinion. **Si vous voulez être encore mieux servi, appelez au moins une journée d'avance afin qu'on vous prépare votre commande tel que désiré. ;-)
