I just had one of the best massages ever with Sami! He is very professional and I truly enjoyed the techniques he used. Prana Wellness is a zen and welcoming place and the staff is friendly and kind. I will definitely be back.

The atmosphere at Prana is warm and welcoming. My massage therapist is Sami and he is amazing. He is respectful and always considerate of any nagging issues. I have also had "cupping" done and that has helped tremendously. The different kinds of massage treatments are offered depending on what you need. I have recommended Prana to friends and so far everyone has been so pleased with their choice.

I’d like to start by saying that this place is amazing, it’s so beautiful! The set-up, the music, the plants.. the experience starts as soon as you step in the space. It’s like everything is designed for your relaxation and comfort. My massage with Sami was one of the best massages I’ve ever got in my life, he is very skilled and extremely attentive. His hands are magical and he knew exactly where to go to release all the tension my body was carrying. I 100% recommend him and his clinic to everyone looking to relax and untangle/unlock their body. It's truly a hidden Gem in the West Island.The experience starts as soon as you go downstairs such a beautiful, peaceful and serene environment. I loved the decor, the buddha water fountain, the plants, the aroma, zen garden and crystals everywhere. I want to give a shout out to Sami, who in my opinion is one of the most talented, intuitive and skilled massage therapist out there!!! I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable in my life. I usually don't take the time to provide feedback on businesses, but I feel Prana Wellness deserves one. This place is great and offers good services. My daughter and I have been there for massages and both Nikki and Sami have been amazing. Highlights are : great communication, they make you feel comfortable and they know what they are doing. Both are wonderful massage therapists. You should try this place.

I have never been disappointed by a massage with Sami. He is professional, talented and has a very calming energy! His Deep Tissue massage is strong and mindful, just the way I like it. I've also had the chance to receive from other members of the Prana team and they are all top notch. Sami has a knack for finding great therapists! The Thai Yoga Massage is a must-try for those who haven't experienced it yet. The space is zen and welcoming, too. Definitely recommend!!

By far the best wellness clinic in the west island! Great setting and a very relaxing atmosphere. I go for their massages, their acupuncture and their osteopath and all of them are hands down the best experience. Its a very clean and friendly environment. Thanks Sami for taking good care of me.
