My mom, daughter and I celebrated my graduation. Our waitress was attentive and friendly...food was delicious and worth the price.

The place from the outside (and inside) looks slightly shady and needs a good renovation, but it doesn't change the taste of the food in any ways! A bit hard to find a parking spot during lunch time. Very popular joint for the burgers, but the classic hot meals are as good. I recommend the chicken pot pie! Filled with large chunks of white meat chicken. A great comfort food on a cold winter day.

Went here for lunch and had the hot chicken sandwich, it was great! Totally changed my view of the “traditional” spicy chicken breast on a bun, this one was pulled chicken in a yummy green cream sauce of some kind piled on bread served with delicious shoestring fries and coleslaw. Also we had a wonderful super friendly woman serving us and she knew her stuff which added to the great experience had. Would totally recommend to anyone and will be going back in the future.

This is THE best restaurant to stop at along Highway 7 to Ottawa. All the food is made fresh from scratch, and it's all delicious! I don't know what sorcery goes into making the chicken strips. They are so crunchy on the outside and so juicy on the inside. Worth the stop every time!

Came in by chance with my family for lunch, and wasn't disappointed. We had a burger and a sandwich, both of which fully met our expectations for great diner food. Service was excellent: friendly and fast. Prices are fair. Only downside, they seemed to have nothing to keep the kids busy - like a set of crayons and a piece of paper. If you come with a toddler, bring your own entertainment.

Excellent, from scratch, open kitchen diner! Delicious food and good portions! Shoestring chip-truck style fries were great with the meatloaf sandwich! My partner had the grilled veggie sandwich with soup of the day, she said both were excellent! Will be back!

Stopped here for dinner on the drive from Toronto to Ottawa based on the great reviews. We were not disappointed.
Arrived at 8:30pm and the diner was still pretty full, despite a 9pm close time. Fast friendly service for us and the other people who had just walked in.
The regular menu has plenty of choice with great salads, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, steak and fries and more. They also have an extensive daily specials menu. We tried the goat cheese salad and the daily special burger. Both were delicious. Fries seemed to be hand cut and were perfectly crispy and salted. Plentiful and the best fries I think I've ever had. Burger was perfectly flavoured and tender. The salad was also spectacular. The piece of cherry pie being enjoyed one table over was huge and they looked like they enjoyed every last crumb.
Prices were very fair.
The only downside is that they're closed on Sunday night when people will head home from a weekend away!

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Good variety of sandwiches, burgers, and pasta with various diner type sides. Got the Hungry 7 burger and was not disappointed. Crisp bacon, juicy patty and nice fresh vegetables. Fries are nicely done as well. If you’re passing through Perth don’t hesitate to stop in!

Excellent food, quality home cooked meals. Prompt and very friendly service The grilled veggie sandwich was delicious, the chicken club sandwich, and excellent. Both soups of the day were very tasty ( chicken and corn, cream of mushroom). Highly recommend

I don’t like diners but the reviews were good and I wanted to try something new. THIS WAS EXCELLENT! We will come back soon. My salad with roasted peppers, garbanzo beans, goat cheese and chicken was terrific. Her mushroom soup was full of huge mushrooms, more than you ever see. So savory we all attacked it. Even his burger with pea meal bacon was excellent. Just a delightful place to stop in!

The food - try the daily pasta specials, the hungry 7 burger, or the steak/frites - is always excellent, the service expert, friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is noisy - well it’s a diner, right - with Dave’s favorite sixties albums playing in the background. The restaurant is often filled so I usually book a table early.

We ended up here only because the restaurant we had planned on going to was closed. What a lucky find this was! The food was delicious and our server was wonderful. We'll certainly be back.

Stopped in for Father’s Day lunch. Everything was absolutely delicious especially the special shrimp pasta 😛

From the outside, this place looks like a truck stop or basic greasy spoon. The inside however is clean, and quaintly decorated. I was skeptical at the length of their specials list but ordered the jerk chicken sandwich anyway and I was not disappointed! The menu here and the quality of food would be at home in any downtown bistro.
Note to self: come back for that amazing looking cheeseburger.

Excellent burgers and amazing fries! Our server “L” was attentive to our needs and fun. We had the Roadhouse burger and The Hungry 7 burger and fries.

Hubby & I stopped for lunch on a normal summer Tuesday & the place was packed! The food is always fresh here & I understand that quite a bit is made from scratch. Today I had "The Guess Who" & hubby had the "Van Halen" burger from their Rock & Roll burger menu. Mine had guacamole & spicy kimchee, his had jerk bbq sauce, tomato & LOTS of fried onions. I would definitely have my burger again, & hubby said he'd order his again, too.
Since it was crazy busy, there was a bit of a wait; there was only one waitress, but she was busting her butt to acknowledge & serve everyone, while cleaning off tables & cashing folks out.

This place was a surprise as I would have never guessed such a gem was located behind what initially looked like a regular old diner. I had a delicious burger and fries. The burger had peameal bacon and the fries had an authentic chip wagon flavor, but we're thin and not greasy - perfect really! My girlfriend had the 7 Salad and raved about the grilled chicken. Lunch for 3 with tip cost about $47.

We stoped here for dinner after moving a client to Ottawa.

The food was top notch. The kitchen and wait staff worked so hard to serve everyone an amazing dinner. It did take time but was well worth it. Real food takes time to make. Something we often forget in our busy lives.

The garlic shrimp was perfect. I had a burger with a gluten free bun and they also offer gluten free pasta.

Amazing food, very cozy diner right off of highway 7 in Perth. Phenomenal food and even friendlier staff. Everything was delicious!
