Motel Bel-Eau Inn

We had a great stay at Motel Bel-Eau. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The location is quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. The management is very strict about their non-smoking policy, so there was no old smoke smell in the rooms, which was wonderful. There is a fresh coffee pot available near the reception with paper cups.

There are a few restaurants and cafes close by, as well as a grocery store.
The staff was super helpful, We were delayed on our way and realized we would be arriving late at night. When we called, the manager was very helpful, checked us in over the phone, and texted detailed instructions on how to get into our rooms after hours.

I stayed at Motel Bel Eau during the Canadian Ski Marathon and it was perfect. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. There was a microwave (spotless), a drip coffee maker (but bring your own basket filters if you don't want to drink the coffee provided), a decent-size fridge, extra pillows, good lighting, and, because it was the CSM and everyone went to bed early, very quiet. I needed to dry my boots after the first day of the marathon and opened the cupboard in the bathroom thinking "no way will I find a hair dryer." But, sure enough, there was a hair dryer! The bed was comfortable and the owners and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Because I had a 5am start on check-out day, they let me leave my baggage in the room and moved it to the office for me to pick up in the evening. It was quite a bit of stuff, including extra skis, poles, and boots. I'm very grateful to whomever moved it!
Great value, and I will stay here for next year's CSM if I ever manage to recover from this year's.

I stayed here for a night with my wife and kid. We spent a night here as we were coming from Toronto and had to visit Parc Omega next day. Didn’t get chance to meet the front desk as we arrived late and there is no staff after 9pm. The staff called me to let me know that when i arrive at night I’ll have to collect key on my own from a lock box right outside reception, instructions provided along with pictures were super easy to follow. Btw in case of emergency staff is available anytime at night and you have to call a certain number (which will be provided) but they charge $30 plus tax for this service.
Overall the place was extremely clean and tidy. I had a wonderful experience, would love to stay again.

A cute motel in Montebello, perfectly located for visiting Parc Omega. The rooms are quiet and nicely decorated, and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

Everything you're looking for in a motel. Clean and large rooms with parking right outside the door, perfect for families. Hosts are very hospitable. I had a small issue with the bathtub plug and it was fixed within a minute. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a very quiet town, very beautiful in an old country style.
The rooms are very comfortable, there are washing machines and dryers but they are a bit old.
the service is excellent, It's important to know that they only accept credit cards or canadian dollars, in general in all this town they get only a canadian dollar and not a US dollar.
They speak mainly French, they don't really know English.

5/5 stayed one night with my husband and found the room extremely clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet stay and close to restaurants and more. Friendly service and helpful.

Warm and cozy place, on arrival at the predetermined time, we were greeted by the (guessing) owner named Yang? Who is very friendly and tries to accommodate your needs. Note that this is a small town and when we visited it was Christmas day. Yang was very pleasant and my family found this place very comfortable and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place and I give this 4.5 stars out of 5.

I love this quirky but functional Motel which is super clean and in which everything works. Our room on the side a bit dark but accessible easily from the car park. It wasn't spacious but adequate and despite being by a busy road, quiet. We're not breakfast folk so didn't partake but one that I met on the Car Park said he enjoyed it. Montebello a great little Town and Restos/Pubs all within walking distance as is a pleasant little supermarket and a few metres further, a genuine Fromagerie. The Town is an hour from Ottawa, similar from Mont Tremblant and less than 2 from Montreal. Finally the Marina on the Ottawa River is almost in the backyard. Fabulous.

Very clean and well located Motel in Montebello. Staff very kind. Good price, good comfy bed and nice area to cook, relax, watch tv. I recommend this place.

It was a very nice little room for the price. Bed was comfortable, and the room was larger than expected with a futon in a separate room as well. Would stay here again!
