My son is 5 and is a ball of energy that can be a challenge to focus. I am very grateful to Fred and his entire team for creating an amazing teaching environment for all kids. The ones who listen early and the ones who are still learning. The perfect balance of discipline and empathy. Great school for kids

Visiting from out of town. Fred and the other instructors were very welcoming and hospitable. They were very open to sharing their knowledge. I've visited and trained out of a few BJJ clubs but this one is definitely top tier. These guys have done a great job building this team and building this environment. I'll definitely train here again when I'm in town. Thanks again guys for making me feel like part of the team while I was here.

I have been at many Jiu Jitsu clubs in my time as a practitioner and this club has done amazing things. They value progression from fundamentals and up. Trust the process. You are in good hands!

I've been training here for over 4 years and I've had the pleasure of being able to train as both part of the kids class, teens class and now adult classes. And one thing remains the same throughout all the classes, the atmosphere is always positive. Teammates, coaches and professors are always pushing you to better and to work hard. Amazing gym culture, go try out as soon as you can!

I am visiting from out of town and was looking to get a workout in. They were very accommodating and had a very clean gym. The teacher was very professional and provided
good 1 on 1 teaching. He took his time going around class and making sure everyone had the opportunity to see the technique up close and he was able to give feedback and correction in a very friendly atmosphere. The rolls were all fun and tough. I had a great workout and would recommend any locals to join this gym to get in shape and learn bjj.

Excellent School!!! I signed up for Muay Thai lessons & the teachers (Marc & Will) are just Awesome at what they do. Classes are always fun with diversified teachings, group dynamic is great, school is very clean. Both teachers make classes feel like private lessons & pay close attention to all students. Don't Shy away or feel intimidated from signing up like I was at first cause after your first class you'll just get hooked & keep coming back for more.

Love the bjj classes, people are nice and teachers do want to help you get better

Super knowledgeable instructors and the facilities are wonderful! BTT offers a very flexible training schedule with great training partners; it`s a great workout for all levels and abilities.

Beautifull gym equiped with Jukado mats. The owner Federic makes an amazing job and is super nice. If you want to learn BJJ in the West Island, i strongly recommend!
