Beautiful waterfront picnic area with boat ramp access. Water is very shallow in the bay area with sandy bottom, perfect for young kids or practicing any water sports. Parking is not free, $10/day or available per hour. It's near the boat ramp so it's convenient and it's usually not very busy. One clean dry toilet on site.

The mouth of the bay there is a River. The l’Anse a l’Orme river that you can paddle in the spring when the water is high enough. It’s about 4 km to the bridge and back. It’s beautiful with lots of wildlife. Lots of birds it’s quiet and private. There are some obstacles along the way, however, if you are into an adventure, it is tons of fun. I would suggest going in April or May Before the bugs.

The place is ideal for picnic, charcoal bbq with charcoal disposal bin and of course water-sports. You could park (paid) your car right by the water, set up a picnic spot and spend your day enjoying kayaking/ paddle boarding/ kite surfing, etc. Although it could ve very windy so beginners can struggle a bit. There is also a changing and showering spot and sani-vac restroom on site.

Might be the best spot for cross country skiing and trekking in the West Island. Most likely the best spot to watch the sunset and swim on the beach in Montreal, follow @mtlsunset to see more

A beautiful park by the water, serene and relaxing. The combination of water and trees makes this an ideal location for a BBQ Event or Boating Trip or on quieter days a romantic outlook to enjoy with your partner!

Very good place but visitors they don’t have respect, a lot of smoke from BBQ, they make this place unliveable. City must regulate this issue, they must limit the usage of BBQ a bit further than the beach. Also the toilet is a problem, it’s better to pay entry fee and have a service that will take care of toilet and verify people’s who uses BBQ

Great place for nonmotorised water sports. Water is usually much calmer then on Lac St Louis lake nearby.
There are changerooms as well.

One advantage of this park is the water is so low (especially now) that you can wade a long way on sand. Tip: on hot days approach from the west to avoid long lineups waiting to get into Cap St Jacques Beach.

Came here because the beach at Cap Saint Jaques was full. There's no beach here, there are no lifeguards, it's a jetty for boats and other water crafts to be put to the waters. You can go for a swim though, lots of people did, you can also have a picnic, there's plenty of tables around :)

Charming place for weekend outings with family Short distance hikes, biking and a little Eco farm with animals to visit and touch: cows, sheep, hens, rabbits, horses. A little shop to buy food and something to drink. Large meadows with tables for picnicking and barbecue.

Nice place to spend an afternoon. Don't expect a beach here.. parking is relatively expensive at 7.5$ for 2 hrs and 9.5$ for all day.
