I recently purchased two solar operated string light from from Costco by Sunforce. One string worked but the other didn't. When I contacted customer service they immediately sent me a replacement after asking few questions. Andrew was great! The light was the perfect addition I needed to brighten up our patio outside!

I bought several LED motion lights. 1 stopped working and started flashing. I contacted the company and got a response back very quickly. They asked what the issue was, a copy of the receipt and a video. Within minutes pf sending this information to them, I received a response that a replacement was being sent. I have had no issues with my other lights and was extremely impressed with their customer service.

I have several Sunforce motion-detecting lights on my property. When one failed after about 18 months. I contacted Sunforce for help. Andrew was very courteous and helpful. He had me do a series of tests on the sensor, and when it was determined to be non-functional, and I sent him the purchase receipt, he immediately offered to send me a replacement unit at no charge. Now THAT is good customer service! I have not yet received the replacement (it has only been two days since his offer to send one to me), but given the company's positive response so far I have no doubt that I will receive it in a timely way.

A ZERO star rating would be my choice for the inept, careless, Tech Support at this company where their Customer Service Plan amounts to finding any way they can to blow off any customer with an issue. Purchased one of their String Light arrays which stopped working a few months in, contacted Sunforce with the purchase receipt, and their response for more than a year is that they are 'out of stock' - uh huh, and the retailers are fully stocked, everywhere. Pointing this out, their brilliant Tech Support Rep, Andrew can't be bothered to respond. Ongoing bull*&^% since June 2021. Can only hope that the demanding environment in business today puts this company at the bottom and then gone.
****I would like to amend this review: Thanks to Simon Bailey from Sunforce Support, who took this issue and turned it completely around. Every company needs a Simon Bailey representing its Customer Service.

Had a couple of issues with solar lights purchased from Costco not working with the remotes. Andrew Henry was awesome working through the problem with me and sending out the replacement parts. System works great, thanks to his assistance.

Very happy with their service! We bought a brand new motion activated light from a private seller, but it was missing a crucial bracket. We attempted to return the item without success. We then called the company to request another bracket. Andrew Henry was gracious enough to send us complimentary bracket at no cost to us. Thank you Andrew and thank you Sun Force!

I recently purchased the solar operated string light from from Costco by sunforce and I only have good things to say about it. The light was the perfect thing I needed to spruce up my patio outside! Works amazing and is super stylish too. I can’t wait to be hosting summer parties and showing off the light!

Had an issue with one of their inverters, the dude who contacted me was super helpful, and resolved the issue within a day of emails. I would definitely recommend ignoring all the one star reviews.

Great experience replacing an old solar panel for a sunforce light. Fast delivery at a time of supply chain problems and labor shortage. Makes me want to explore their other products

We have a couple of different Sunforce solar products, all are excellent. When we needed customer service Andrew Henry was also excellent. Great company, great products, great staff!

Due to my own error, I needed to buy a new battery. All customer service contact with Sunforce was fast, respectful, and helpful.

Had some issues with the LED 80 solar motion security light where the motion sensor /auto setting was not activating the light ..I reached out to Sunforce Products and was referred to Andrew Henry who took me through a number of steps to resolve the problem...

J'ai acheté 4 de ses lumières, deux fonctionnent très bien et deux ne fonctionnent très rarement correctement, donc la qualité est pas trop constante.

Depuis mai que j'attends un retour pour des lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas ....on m'a informé par courriel de la marche a suivre et depuis plus rien..pas de réponse courriel et en plus on ne peut plus les contacter par téléphone...que faire ?????
