I smelled gas when I was cooking. I was afraid there was something wrong with my stove so I called Saint-Hubert HANDYMAN right away and said it’s urgent and explained my situation. They came in just 15 minutes which I am very thankful for. The stove’s hose needs some replacement and I commend their initiative of bringing one already! Five stars!

I had arranged for the repairman to come Saturday between 1 and 3. Never came never called. When I was forced to call at 6, I received no apology or explanation but only the offer of an appointment a week away . Not professional, could barely hear them over a noisy phone full of clicking and the screams of children in the background.

They are really nice on the phone call conversation.
But we lost more than a week to get a basic handyman service.
We book twice a site visit, but nobody showed up. Also, they promised many times to clarify what is going on and call me back, and they didn't do that.
