Travis the Pharmacist really saved me. I had an eye infection that was not responding to over-the-counter polysporin that London Drugs Pharmacist gave me even though I said I needed something better and since June of 2023 Pharmacists ARE able to prescribe. Travis put what I needed in my hand within 30 mins and 12 hrs later was much better and its continuing to improve rapidly. Much thanks.

I have to share this review because reading the past reviews does not give the manager justice for the service I received today. I understand how some may feel dismissed or let down by not getting the result they wanted. We have all experienced some employees that just don't care but today the manager understood and followed through with a solution, in my case that resulted in a positive and happy ending. So my situation was a cosmetic return to a different shoppers. You would assume that each store represents all others and will honor a receipt for return with no problem, however, this particular shoppers at first didn't do that because they did not stock this brand of cosmetic at that location. I went to the front cashier and she sent me to comestic cashier, the cosmetic front desk was basically giving me the thumbs down on returning at that location and said I would have to go back to the original store but I was on my way back home so I wasn't going the other way. We all were calm, so there wasn't any hostility but she was very adamant that she couldn't do it. I even asked for a store credit because I will be back again but not on the island. She tried another computer and she said the same thing, I persisted she call a manager because I wanted to hear from them what my options were. Needless, to say that the Supervisor Graham came out with a warm and inviting smile that quickly calmed the tension. He went ahead and gave me a full refund and said he would take care of it. I thanked him kindly and went on my way. Sometimes, you just have to be polite but persistent.

Bob was so nice, and listened to what I was saying. Answered my questions. He felt bad he couldn't help he had to make people wait. He really needed more help as he was busy with filling orders, walk ins , and the phone wouldn't stop ringing. I will go back if I need , Bob was lovely

I was just in the store at the post office and the employee Max was extremely helpful answering all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this store for all your prescription and shopping needs. Thanks Max.

I have NO idea why folks give this pharmacy a bad wrap. EVERY TIME I need assistance, ask questions etc they step up.
Given what all is being thrown at them from our medical system they deserve some respect and patience.

Huge Shoutout to Mackenzie who works in the pharmacy at this location. He's always so kind and friendly and goes above and beyond. He literally drove my prescription to my house when I had covid and the delivery driver had gone for the day. You are lucky to have him!

I always get my prescriptions filled out here. They're often busy with lots of prescriptions to fill but everyone that I've talked to there is always friendly and does their best to fill them out as soon as possible. Today I was in a pinch and needed my prescription filled out for a bit later tonight but Shaddy filled it out for me right then and there without even making me wait. Thank you!

Phenomenal display of customer service!! After a long, tedious and without a doubt tiring day of travel between Calgary, AB and Victoria, BC it has come as a total surprise that my experience here would be the best part of my day!!

My colleagues and I flew out, took in the city and meandered to work later in the evening. We had a printer packed with us, but had managed to forget paper (the tragedy)! By the time we had even become aware of this pitfall, it was 12:00 am. In desperation we sought the assistance of Sannich’s friendly neighbourhood Shoppers.

Upon arrival we were treated with outstanding kindness, accommodation and swift problem solving! Despite a lack of stock in any (and all) printer paper, the brilliant young man (probably early 20’s, brunette, male with a slender frame [ who unfortunately had no discernible nametag]) went above and beyond by passing along a small bundle of paper from their staff room.

Words come short of doing justice to just how grateful we are for this act of kindness. Thank you, thank you all so so SO much. We will be sure to return with future business.

Great manager in cosmetics. She is VERY know knowledgeable. She’s very patient. She greets everyone. And she’s always smiling. I have severely sensitive skin and she has been incredible to accommodate and educate me on my daily routine.

I am not from the island, I was visiting a friend, I forgot a few things and needed to get some items. It is nice since things close early on the island and this shoppers drugmart is open 24 hours, very convenient. Lots of parking available outside. Customer service was good and I found everything I needed. Security gaurd was real nice as well.

The Pharmacy staff here went above and beyond. I had some frustrating troubles at the Hillside location in regards to transferring a prescription from my home town. I went here and they were appalled at what happened and took care of me right away! Definitely go to this one over the one at hillside.

I recently moved close to the Shoppers at Uptown and have had great service from both the cosmetics staff and the cashiers, even in the busy Christmas season. Apparently they did not carry Clinique at their store until a few months ago, perfect timing for me! :D

I'm so impressed with the service I consistently receive from Shaddy, the pharmacist. I come to the pharmacy all the time for my meds and he's always so fast and efficient, not to mention funny and friendly.You are lucky to have him.
