I hired Déménagement total (DT) for my move after my boss recommended them to me (she used their services in the past and was very satisfied). Petro and Alex are a great team and worked extremely hard moving all my stuff from a 2nd to a 3rd floor apartment with stairs that turn 90° at the top and narrower than normal door frame (30 in rather than 34 in). They also moved heavy plastic bins from the 1st floor of the same building to the 3rd floor. They were nice and patient with me. The move took about the time expected and the fees were as discussed. This moving company was amazing, I strongly recommend them! They showed up exactly on time, they were so professional and very attentive. All the furniture and decorations were wrapped up securely, I have several mirrors and fragile pieces throughout the house and not a single item was scratched or broken. When they arrived at the house we were barely even packed and they handled everything so efficiently. Anything that needed to be taken apart, like the bed frames, they dealt with themselves and they put it all back together perfectly at the new house. This company made moving so simple!

These guys are amazing! By far the best moving company I have ever used, and I have moved many times. They were punctual, respectful, hard working, kind, funny. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They tackled challenges (and I had some heavy, difficult things to move), were careful with antiques, and were transparent about pricing and time.

We moved from a busy urban neighborhood in Montreal to a house in Beloeil and thanks to these three guys, it was all under control and fast. ***UPDATE: Within 24 hours they got in touch to work out an arrangement with us to have the bed repaired by a professional. A fair solution was found very quickly and we are very satisfied with the outcome in the end. Would definitely recommend this company for their professionalism!

Was previously a 5 star review until we realized that our bed frame was damaged. We had specifically asked that our custom-made oak bed frame pieces be individually wrapped and they assured us that it wouldn’t be necessary according to their experience. Instead, they wrapped the pieces all together. As we we’re putting the bed frame back together, we only now realized that one of the double sided screws rubbed off on the oak: the oak is damaged and the screw is warped/bent.

Wanted to write a review because I have moved a few times in the past couple of year and I was disappointed by the movers. However, with Demenagement total, it was a beautiful service for our move between provinces. Silvio and Oleg were very professional, courteous, and we were impressed by their organizational skills. We have even recommended them to our family!

I seriously can't recommend this company enough! We were moving from a house to an apartment and had a lot of boxes. Our new place was a 3rd floor with spiral staircase so it was not easy but Marin and Alex managed to get everything in and they were very kind about how challenging it was. I really appreciated their professionalism and hard work!

We had team Yuri and Zack. They were professional, fast, careful and amazingly strong! Great work and we would definitely hire them again!

This moving company is the best! My move team was Alexei, Silvio and Stanislov and they were professional, careful and reliable. They moved me from Montreal to southern Ontario and they arrived punctually both mornings, disassembled and reassembled my things beautifully and were polite, agreeable and quick working, despite having to take many boxes of books down two flights of stairs and then drive overnight. Top notch work! Thank you guys!
