Staff are always very helpful and efficient when it comes to getting my prescriptions. Super easy to order and then pickup, often times the pharmacist present provides me a description with new prescriptions which I have not received at other Rexall locations previously. Definitely recommend

I went here with my children the other day to purchase ear drops. I was a little confused about the different kinds the staff helped me and gave me some great advice. The staff were so friendly and so kind to my children. I felt like I was in a family run store and I felt like family. The pharmacy staff and store staff all said hi and talked with my children and I. This friendliness and caring that I felt from the staff was amazing I must say. I will be using this store from now on for all my pharmacy needs. Thank you to the staff , you were all a big blessing on my kids and I that day.

I highly reccomend this Rexall location - best place to get prescriptions. The pharamcy staff are incredily friendly, kind and supportive. The Rexall app is VERY handy for submitting and tracking prescriptions. There have been times where I submit a prescription and it's ready for pick up after my 20 minute drive to town. It's easy to schedule a time you'd like them to be ready for, easy to renew prescriptions, and maintains a list of your prescriptions (very handy to take to doctor's appointments). So far two of my family members have switched to this pharmacy and have been very impressed with their service!

We switched to another pharmacy in Brockville (since we were working there), what a mistake. The pharmacy staff is awesome. They know u on a first name bases. Awsome service.

Bill at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant. Prices similar to Shoppers but Bill makes shopping for mundane stuff more enjoyable

The woman was So Helpful and Tried so hard to help me out. We got it all straight and successfully finished a confusing situation.

Your regular crammed stock typical Pharma Plus store. Another corporation that over pricing on prescription fees, it's taking advantage of people and insurance companies. Not enough that your shopping in their store they need more, corporate greed. Personally I like to help the little pharmacy owned by an individual. Better service for your time!!

Store looks good for the most part. Staff needs a little more customer service experience.

I was very disgusted with the experience of this Rexall I went in to pick up some cough syrup for my very sick daughter who has came down with Covid and I found mice and squirrel droppings. And a lot of cockroaches crawling around on the shelves I was very displeased with this experience

A couple years agoyhey wouldn't let me get a flu shot because i didn't get my prescriptions from them..It took a couple phone calls to head office but i haven't step a foot in the doors since
